So slow to grow
I have an Aerogarden that I have used to grow greens of various types previously. Lights abd water are working and I've added correct liquid food. I put a few of these seeds in half tge pods and a few curly red lettuce seeds in the others. That was four weeks ago. I got my first sprouts after a week but they are barely growing, don't look very good. as in only a few small leaves and about two inches tall and pale. My former experience was they shot up to at least 6 inches, deep green, and full by now.Disappointing because I make a chopped vegetable salad that I eat every day, for which kale is a core ingredient and I wanted to grow for my own use so I could stop buying at stores (sometimes they are out of the organic kale).

Didn't germinate at all
I know how to grow things from seed, really and truly. I put 2 seeds into a 16-cell starter with coco coir seed starting mix, watered, and waited. And waited. And waited. Nothing, not even a single sprout, ever came up. I'm shocked and can only imagine that these seeds are incredibly old or were cooked to death before my receipt. As a total and utter waste of money, these get a hearty 'DO NOT BUY!' from me.

100% Germination so far, I can't wait to make Kale Chips!
Germination of brassicas can be challenging, don't give up. Cabbage is one of the hardest to sprout, Kale is also kind of difficult. Warm water is my friend when it comes to getting these seeds germinated. I put 3 Gaia seeds in a cup of warm water and soaked them overnight, then another cup of warm water the second night. Radicles (roots) emerged on each seed, and all 3 seeds became a plant, so this is a great start. Pretty packaging. This is a nice enough product to give as a gift if you have a gardener in your life.
