Does this come with undead nightmares and all dlc on the disc or do i have to download that with an acces code included with the disc

Completely depends if the code was already used, that is if it is included in the first place. If you want to be 100% sure that you get all the DLC that originally came with this game, you need to buy it brand new & sealed.

Its 2018 and i want this but i have bought older games before that were new and the dlc had expired. Anyone bought this recently with working dlc ?

I purchased this recently and played/finished both the main game and the DLC, both worked great. You shouldn't have any problems. :)

will this game have the map posters that the original game and the standalone game had when they came out?

I'm not sure if they were in the original game, but it did have a giant map poster that unfolded of both the zombie area in the regular game area.

Is it true that you can turn off the blood/swearing/sex in the game?

No. There is no way to censor the game. The "sex/nudity" in the game are cutscenes. You could skip them, that would be the only way to censor it. The swearing is all voice acting, so they would have had to record a version with all those swear words and then another version without, which is not likely to happen in a game of this size. Basically, It's a violent game with an "M" rating for pretty good reasons.
