Much easier to use than the cable provided which is far too short. Quick efficient service.

After a few months one or more pins retract and charge becomes inoperable.This product is not durable or fit for purpose.

I bought this charger as the one which came with the Fitbit has a very short cable. This one is much longer. I was very pleased to find that it also charged much better than the one that came with the Fitbit. I was getting frustrated by "slow charging" I've not had this since using this new charger and of course I can have my Fitbit charging on the table rather than sat on the floor as that cable is around 3 times the length.

My Fitbit Sense bought as a present for me by my wife stopped charging completely after a period of charging badly. I was blaming something wrong with the Fitbit itself until I noticed one of the tiny connecting prongs on the chatting unit was pushed in ... maybe it had fallen on the floor and got stood on ... but anyway I took a punt on an inexpensive replacement and once this new charger was fitted all was working as it should. I'm not sure if it is something to do with this charger or the electricity source but when plugged in a message comes about ' charging slowly' but in fact it doesn't seem particularly slow at all.
