Good Fit For 2002 Toyota Celica GT
Eastern 40618 Direct Fit Catalytic converter was an exact fit for my 2002 Toyota Celica GT. The kit includes 2 sections of pipe, one half w/the catalytic converter & the second w:the resonator. It also includes a clamp for the 2 sections & 2 seals/gaskets for both ends of the system. It does not include the spring bolts nor hangers, you’ll have to order those separately if needed.Thank you for taking the time to read this review, I hope it was helpful.

Working good for 2002 Celica
Bought this for my 2002 Toyota Celica GT; I also picked up 2 oxygen sensors on Ebay for 35 bucks, I figured as long as I'm putting in a new caty... To go with this I also bought a special 14 mm socket for taking out the old caty (don't want to strip the existing bolts, trying to get them out - https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B0002T5A3Q/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1).I also picked up 2 bolt kits:https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B002VVJRDM/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_4https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B000CQBG1O/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_5The bolt kit without the nuts goes to the header (front of car) and the one with nuts goes to the muffler end (back of car). Something that I noticed is the nuts on the back of the car are welded in place, but the threads on the new bolts are narrow enough to slide through the old nuts (that are welded) and then into the new nuts. The caty comes with both front and rear gaskets, and a clamp for clamping the two exhaust pieces together. One issue I ran into was the old metal gasket had fused to the muffler pipe so I had to chisel some chunks out with a screw driver, and hit it with a small grinder on my drill. It went in pretty easy; I screwed in the O2 sensors first, then loosely bolted on the rear section; slipped on the rubber mounting gaskets, and then the front bolts; and tighten her down.

Unclear instructions
While I understand most people won't buy a piece for a harder job than they're capable of, I was surprised by the assumptions made with this. Its split into 2 sections likely to make shipping cheaper and comes with one U bracket to attach the two together. Now I'm a pretty smart guy, and mechanically inclined, but it took me a while to figure out exactly how a single U bracket would hold two different sized pipes together. It seems to me that wouldn't seal and would cause exhaust leaks so just to be safe I sealed it with some liquid exhaust weld. The job took me about 3 hours, despite most people finishing in under an hour, in part because my jack and jack stands are small, so I was really wedged under the car, combined with the trip to the part shop for the sealant.I would recommend not tightening the U clamp until all 4 bolts and 2 rubber holders are in place, if you try to match your old unit's sizes you won't get it right and it won't fit. I did that 3 times before I left the U clamp loose. Another reason it took me so long.As someone else mentioned the gasket near the engine of the car stuck entirely to the header for me, rather than messing with it since a quick pry didn't loosen it, I opted to leave the old one on and hope that it seals.A couple more words of advice, using a C clamp on the back two bolts, and your car jack on some bricks to push the header end of the exhaust into place, makes getting the bolts in much easier. Also buy FreeAll to get the old bolts out easier!I haven't actually started the car up yet, as the sealant is curing still. I'll update review if there are any further problems. My Celi has 250k on it, and a lot of winter driving, so I'm sure things were made harder by that.

Good fit but!!
It was a perfect fit and perfect product, the only issue is that after I replaced it and drove it for a little, I noticed kind of rubber smoke coming from it, not too bad, searched on google and people say that’s normal for the first time, for a new Catalytic Converter. Any advice about that?? And is it normal?

Exactly what I needed
Very easy to install, and got rid of the check engine light, took approx 30 minutes to do everything on my own.
