Has anyone returned this, how is it done? Unfortunately our box was ruined and we no longer have the box it came in.

you can't, I have been tiring for over 6mo. no contact from the company at all

Will the EX-15 model work for someone who is short (5’1”)?

I am 5’3” and i am happy with it. The height if the seat & bars are adjustable, so no worries. 👍🏽
