Very good quality
The runout was just under .001" which is good enough for me. The quality is fantastic. I will definitely buy again. The only negative is the tool is not marked accusize, its Canadian tool company. Not sure if its the same company or not but the quality is definitely there.

Did the job for me!
Works great, even at 18,000 rpm on a harmonically balanced spindle. Used it to cut 50 45degree loover slats through .75 inch thick solid fiberglass. Dirty job, but the extension did what it was supposed to do, with no measurable runout.

will not fit a DeWalt !/4" Diegrinder
I was looking for a shaft extension for a DeWalt 1/4" diegrinder

Good item
Very nice finished, haven't checked runout but my other Accusize tools have been good. Unlike many other straight shank collet adapters, this has a thread in the back which could be used as a depth stop

Very Happy
I've bought other things from Accusize Industrial Tools, and have not been disappointed. I used the ER32 Collet Chuck, and it worked as expected.

Extreme run out. Shank dialed in to -0.0005" in my 4 jaw chuck the taper reads +0.005" run out.
The media could not be loaded. ย Dialed in the collet holder to under a half thou in my four jaw chuck using the shank as the reference surface. Stuck in my half inch collet and a piece of precision ground stock. Put an indicator on the stock and saw 0.007" of run out a half inch from the collet. Took everything apart cleaned it and tried again. Same thing. Rotated the collet and the stock. No improvement. Set the collet and stock in a different holder on my milling machine...under a half thou run out. Put one indicator on the shank and one about halfway down the internal taper. Shank reads under a half though run out and the taper is reading around 0.005" which is 25 times worse than the 0.0002" that they claim. Will be returning the unit and trying another one to see if I received a lemon or not. The only positive thing I can say is that the fit and finish is excellent.

Works well
Our manufacturing company in Canada has several Accusize Chucks on our CNC mill and lathes. They are not the cheapest products going but I have found them very servicable and the company provided excellent customer service whe we once needed an exchange.
