The Nettle tea, for me, is a good investment and medicinally helpful. Please note, I said, for me, it works and is a staple in my cupboard at all times. It works, again, for me, as a natural anti-inflammatory and anti-histamine. I had lower back pain for a long time. I tried muscle relaxers, but that made it worse. My father gave this to me when I visited him in Europe in 2009. I've used this ever since as a calming, relaxing agent for both the pain, which I have only sporadically as most people do from various activities. I drink the tea 1-2 times a day January through March as an anti-histamine. Depending on the severity of allergies during this time of year, I will drink a cup of tea in the morning and evening. With less severity, once in the evening an hour before bed. I researched a lot of Nettle teas and liked this one the best for a lot of my own personal choices.I am not a doctor, so please use your own common sense and discretion as to what is right for you. A little honey with it for those who don't enjoy the earthy and herbal flavor of this tea. P.

I did not think this would work when I tried it, but this tea is better than any medicine for allergies and congestion. It works better than Claritin or zyrtec. Then I had a chest cold with a cough and this cleared me up in a day. I couldn't believe it. I don't know why it works so well but it does.

tea is great. however be very carefull when opening tea bag. use sessors to separate bags. customer service was great.

the taste and smell is so strong..not sure about pain relief but i mix it with raspberry leaf tea and it’s okay

I have tried other varieties of Alvita organic tea an have always enjoyed. I believe they are a great price & taste for organic teas. I am a fan of nettle tea and was excited to try this one. My local groceries have stopped selling the brand I normally use and wanted to try this one. I received my package today, however the box was completely opened. The shipping package was not damaged, so the box was opened prior to sealing package. Unsure if this is a seller issue or Amazon distribution center issue. I was very disappointed to find the item was not eligible for return or replace though. The bag inside is still sealed, but I must admit I am leery to open & try, as it could be a different tea altogether. Again, the 3 stars is a reflection not of the the actual tea, but the packaging & return issue. Still undecided on whether I will try this tea or not. I would appreciate the company reaching out to fix the issue.

Tastes like grass juice, I could care less for it but it’s the best allergy relief! I drink 2 large cups a day and my normally very bad pollen allergies are almost nonexistent this year. To the point that I don’t need any allergy medicine. I don’t think I will ever stop drinking it! I started drinking it about 2 weeks before the allergy season kicked in in my area, so I am not sure after how many days/cups the allergy relief comes.

THIS IS A HEALTHY ITEM FOR THOSE WITH HISTAMINE PROBLEMS. IT WAS RECOMMENDED AND I USE THIS AS A SUPPLEMENT TO KEEP MY HIVES IN CHECK. THE TASTE IS ...WELL GRASSY...BUT NOT BAD IF YOU ADD LEMON AND HONEY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE JOINT PAIN OR ALLERGIES.
