I work from home and my carpal tunnel have increased so much in pain and I couldnt tolerate it anymore. I tried this to suit the pain and releases all the stiffness of my carpal tunnel. I used it when I massage it... and few days I saw the difference when I am working. I put the balm and covered it with a wrist band. How much helped it give. I couldn't be so happier.

This product didn't work for me...expensive and not much product in little tub. I am using another product from Amazon that works and half the price.

Great works well

At the time of this review this muscle and joint relief balm is £37.00 for a 50ml which i do find quite expensive. So on opening the balm it is packaged nicely. It smells nice, maybe a little like a sports spa. I tried rubbing a pea size amount on my shoulder joint that i've found a little achy twice a day and apart from the nice relaxing smell it has, i haven't truly noticed a big difference in the joint. It does smell nice and is very easy to apply but unfortunately i just haven't seen any difference.

This balm has helped me with post workout aches and pains, i get really stiff shoulder pains and sometimes knee pain and i find this balm eases that, easy to apply you only need a tiny bit and the smell isnt overpowering like other similar balms ive tried. Love!

Great product used by all the family. The smell and texture are perfect, and the product is really helpful for muscle and joint pains. I recommend!
