I love my Tissot
I've had this a couple months and am very pleased with my purchase. While the functionality is the selling point the specs on this watch were also a large determining factor. It's very light (129g), but still a fairly big hunk of metal (51mm lug to lug, 44.4 at bezel diameter), it's got a bi-directional rotating bezel, tactile sapphire glass, Swiss movement, digital/ analog dial with back light/ lum, and is just, in general, quite solid when it comes to construction quality. Functions are fun and accurate if properly calibrated (even if this might seem more Swiss novelty), and definitely a point of conversation over the time piece. The feel of the push buttons is solid and the finish of the product in general is strong for a large production watch.Down sides: lumed hands are not easily read in the dark (which the digital display's back light makes redundant, but... ), greater water resistance would have been nice. the piece wears rather large for small wrists (though I like wearing it on my 7inch wrist), and probably one of the biggest drawbacks is considering what would you have to go through to replace the touch sensitive sapphire if it got a crack or deep scratch (I just have no idea how readily available or cheap these types of crystals are... can it even be replaced?)? I also can not comment on how easy it would be to damage the tactile response hardware (such as sensors etc).

Great but falls short of perfect
Has nice features and is very comfortable due to titanium construction. It's not perfect, though.- the bezel is not secure on the watch. Every time you use a tap function you can feel it move and makes a tapping sound and it spins too freely around. Wrapping some dental floss under it fixed the problem, though.- there isn't a mode that displays both the date and seconds. With the lack of a second hand you lose a basic function found on any watch with date.

Tosspot not my favorite
The image of the watch was superior to the watch I received. After a 3 minute inspection I returned it immediately. The quality was not what I expected.

Beautiful watch but arrived with dead battery
I am disappointed. Watch arrived new in the box and is nicely constructed and a handsome timepiece. I can not comment on any qualities of the watch because as soon as I activated the touch screen the digital display began flashing "batt" indicating a dead or almost dead battery. This continued so I could not reset the time etc. and had to return the watch. I didn't want to take the watch to a Tissot dealer and pay to have a new battery installed so I returned it.

Very functional and good looking watch!
This watch delivered on its promises from functionality to looks. I originally got the stainless steel dive version, but replaced it with the titanium pilot version (Amazon was wonderful in the exchange). The stainless steel version was too heavy and I didn't find the dive functions good enough to back up a true dive computer and normal depth guage. I find the pilot version look to be much better due to the black face and more precise hands, and I was surprised by how light the titanium version is despite its size - the weight difference is barely discernable from my much smaller Seiko I had for many years. I use the watch from executive presentations to running, and it serves well and looks good in all applications. As far as the T-Touch goes in general, it is excellent. Switching functions is easily done day or night, and having the ability to read altitude (including adjusting for ambient pressure changes) while driving in the mountains, track my runs with the stop watch, keep our direction on mountain hikes with the compass, check ambient temperature while working outside, etc. makes it extremely functional. When giving presentations in meetings, the large face enables me to get an accurate time check with only a quick glance. The watch is definitely expensive, but for me it was a 50th birthday present from my family that should serve me the rest of my life - I was very pleased with this generous and high quality gift.

Great watch! Well worth the &!
My 2nd Tissot T-Touch. Great watch, titanium is way lighter than my stainless. Love the red night view. Accurate & fun watch to own. Well worth the $. Had my first Tissot 14years & still have it. This one is even better.

TIssot doesn't stand by their products
A few years ago, my wife bought me the T-Touch, which was just what I'd wanted: a rugged and classy looking watch that was great for the out-of-doors. I enjoyed it for about 6 months, which is when things started going downhill. The story is a long one, and I don't have the time to go into the gruesome details, but everyone should know that Tissot does not stand by their products. My $600 watch did not last longer than 2 years, and the company would not take care of the repairs, which, coincidentally, would have cost me $600. Don't waste your money.

Versatile, Accurate and Quality-made watch.
As with all Tissot watches I have owned, this one is extremely accurate, rugged, and versatile. Some who have commented have mentioned scratching the case ... this happens with any metal, including titanium. Titanium's advantage is in having the strength of a good quality steel, but at a greatly reduced weight. The crystal is sapphire, and thus highly resistant to scratching.I also own another T-Touch Expert, and have used it in all weather conditions, and while swimming, with no issues whatsoever. For those who have mentioned that a thermometer is of no use while on the wrist simply do not understand. As with the compass, it is far better to remove the watch while taking measurements. In extreme cold, I use the expansion clasp to wear the watch outside my jacket, thus ensuring an accurate temperature reading.Another thing worth mentioning: I had my original T-Touch in "sleep mode" for over 6 months, and after "waking" it was less than 10 seconds off from the US atomic clock from which it was set (manually).I highly recommend this watch.
