good price tough to find in the stores here locally (Miami) they do not seal for more than about 2 or three outing even if it will not keep water in the bowl it still keeps the sting in the tan

I purchased this item but receive something different.Where do i need to claim?

Would never have thought I would be so happy to see a part for a toilet! :) This has proven difficult to get, and the order was shipped very promptly getting here about a week before the original date indicated.The part we received is actually Thetford 23721, and on close inspection of our old one we could see that printed inside the ring also. So it appears to be the right part for our C400 series cassette toilet.

Tested it and it held water in the bowl without leaking So far so good. Needs more time to prove itself
