Urban Designs Antique Reproduction 16th Century Italian Old World Globe Bar

This is a very accurate globe, and now I know when I take a cruise where to look out for sea monsters. It also hides my liquor well and makes me look far more sophisticated than I am. That said the images on it are decals, which appear to be put on by someone who was enjoying the liquor in the globe. I mean none are on upside down or anything, but they don't line up exactly right. Still would buy it again, as it serves a great purpose, keeping by bourbon safe!

I think the title says it all, but I'll give more details.It looks great! Sure, it's stickers and not painted, and maybe they're not a perfect alignment to trace your next trip around the world... but it's still great! (look at the price, it's a fun and stylish piece of furniture!)It took me 17 min to put it together... Yes, 17 minutes! Tools? One flat head screw driver, and it's put together! Sure, the instructions could be a little better... but why put together a 10 page document when a single sheet with easy pictures does the trick?I immediately loaded it with four bottles which fit just fine! All of them were regular full sized bottles (1 liter) and it closes just great... and there's clearly room for glassware left!I've been seeing these on the SkyMall catalogs for years, and I'm glad we finally decided to get one!

It looks good, but I have a couple of critiques. The hole in the knob at the top of the globe is too large for the bolt and I had to use plumbing tape around the threads of the bolt in order to hold the knob in place. Second, the map design on the globe looks like it's printed on paper, which is noticeable when looking at the piece closely. Otherwise, it looks great sitting in the corner of the room, especially when the globe is open and stocked with fancy bottles of booze.

One of my favorite purchases of all time. I LOVE the way it looks in my room, was super easy to put together, and holds all of my liquor and glasses just fine. I promise you will get compliments on this from all of your house guests!

It's a very cool addition to my very large kitchen, and my idiot freeloader friends can't find my good liquor because it's hidden inside and they're too stupid to figure out how to open it!

This was purchased as a gift for my son in law. It was easy to assemble and the graphics are very well done.

Bought this to replace a similar one that broke. Amazed at the detail and size for the price. It was much cheaper than our original yet larger and higher quality. It is easy to put together and packaged nicely

Nice and practical. Easy to assemble. My wife's angry face changed inmediately after I served a glass of wine to her, from this globe.
