It took two tries but the second one was good. I was going to leave a three-star review but since the seller changed some things, I gave this a five-star review. The seller must have read the reviews and changed the screws. The first unit I received was fine quality-wise, but I could not assemble it as the screws were gorilla tight and I could not get them loose. When I started the return process I was asked if I wanted a refund or another stand. I selected the second option and was pleasantly surprised that the screwheads were changed from a dual slot to straight Phillips head screws and there were not so tight that I did not have to worry about them stripping out. The stand itself is a bit flimsy due to the light weight. I wish that the pieces were the next gauge of thickness up. The base unit could use more weight to it as well. That would help the stability of the stand. But all in all, no complaints. The stand fits perfectly in the space available between the sink and the radiator.

Let’s me start off by saying this Is the first review I have ever written and will probably ever write. This towel rack here was meant for hanging hand towels or perhaps drying off a pair of socks and maybe some underwear. This is not practical for every day use!Possibly for staging a model home , But not Sturdy enough to jump out of the shower dripping wet and need to quickly grab a towel so you don’t miss your 8am meeting at the job! It is nowhere near tall enough , wide enough , or quite frankly enough room between the top racks to shove a towel in there: you would have to fold a wet towel just to make it fit into the rack! Cmon! I’m not even sending this back, I want to keep it to show it off at my next pool party as a joke! This would look great in a kids doll house , or maybe to cure some beef jerky. That’s actually not a bad idea. Couple good things about it. They sent an extra screw and extra little rubber floor protectors. I hope the seller makes a ton of sales , makes a ton of money , and continues to do well , it not with this product here! This is flimsy , will not last , not a towel rack and very overpriced:

Update - despite not answering any email, the company did respond to my one-star review, so if you are missing parts that gets their attention. I give them credit for following-up and sending an entirely new item, not just the parts. Which was good considering there are two each of the two parts I needed replaced so I could complete the assembly. But, one of the two medium sized rods has the same issue with the screws machined in so tight they won’t budge, so lucky I didn’t need both of those. I still only give three stars because it should not have taken 2 months and a bad review to get enough parts out of two boxes to make one towel rack. They also blamed Amazon shipping for “violent transport” as the issue but box was not damaged at all. The unit is small so not going to hold a bath towel for sure, but I am using it for swimsuits and smaller pool towels, so size is fine for that.The product seems sturdy and would fit the bill for what I need. For some stupid reason the manufacturer sends the lower posts with the screws already inserted in the bottom. Which isn’t a problem on its own, but the screws seem to be put in by a super robot. Two of the six won’t budge so I can’t attach them to the bottom frame. On the plus side, the manufacturer includes an email address if you have issues assembling the item. Sadly they don’t answer that email so two messages have gone unanswered and I have a useless pile of metal that should be a towel rack.

Wanted a towel rack for 3 adults. This was one of the few racks we could find that were tall enough for a towel to drape over without hitting the floor. Nice and sturdy, plus relatively easy to assemble with a bit of elbow grease. Only giving 4 stars because the racks are so close to each other that the towels touch each other and can’t dry. So we ended up having to skip the middle rack and only put 2 towels on it.

Assemble instructions were confusing, some screws were already attached to polls so I thought I was missing parts. After I figured it out it was easy to put together. Rack is sturdy. Wish it was a little taller for the larger towels. But I am drying large towels horizontal works. I’m content.

We finally removed shower doors that were way past their usefulness and found that we didn't have anywhere to hang our bath towels anymore. We decided to purchase a beautiful shower curtain and did not want to hang wet towels from it to distract from the overall look of the small space we had to work with. This rack works absolutely perfectly for our situation. As you can see from the photos, this rack can hold a full size bath towel without touching the floor. It also folds down nicely that takes very little space. It's sturdy, well made, and actually looks really nice. If needed, 2 bath towels could be hung on each side. Kudos to Alhakin

Beautiful, butCheap aluminum--Bends so easily it juggles around when you put towels on it--My medium dog bumped into it *once* and bent one of the barsToo small--Towels drag on the floor at every height--Spaced so close together, the middle towel won't dry correctlyNot worth the price at all.

High expectations. Low in reality. Too bad. Flimsy, wobbly - and that was without any towel hanging on it. Not worth asking to exchange. Unassembled. Returned immediately. The return process was the best part of the experience - easy and smooth!

Took about 15 minutes to build. Instructions are not the easiest to understand but it was very straightforward to build. The item itself though is excellent for storage purposes and looks really nice.
