Supplements are somewhat of a personal experience. My experience was good with this. Seems to contain several types of collagen which would seem like a good thing to me.

I’m 40 years old and Since using this product I’ve definitely noticed fast growth in my hair and nails. Nothing noticeable with my skin, but it must be doing something. Also have had people compliment how healthy my hair looks. I’ve been using for a few months, so maybe with more time I’ll see some difference with my skin. We will see.

I took 2 pills a day. Definitely notice my fingernails have grown a lot more. No noticeable difference in skin or hair.

I started taking this because a friend of mine had an extra bottle. I have subsequently ordered more and also given to friends as a gift. I feel my nails are extremely strong and hair has less breakage or split ends. Skin is also smoother. There is no flavor to the product. Easy to swallow. I’m not sure what they mean by pain relief when they ask you to review the manufacturer… I hadn’t purchased it for that purpose.

Wanted to try a new collagen and tried this to take fewer pills than my former brand. But, they smell like mold!

I bought these looking for help with my brittle, peeling nails and thinning hair. I tried items my dermatologist recommended but they didn’t work for me. These have made a difference in my nails and hair. My nails are a bit thicker and not peeling as bad. I have seen new hair growth and my hair feels better. I didn’t take the correct serving size since I’m not a fan of taking a lot of pills but I usually took 2 per day (when I remembered). I’m buying another bottle and going to take them correctly to hopefully see more results.Some more pros of this product...they did not leave a nasty taste in my mouth and they don’t smell bad.
