I bought this camera because it had the ability to move around the room which my previous camera did not. Now that my daughter is in a toddler bed I need to see her if she climbs out. I had a issue with the monitor screen but the ctronics company have been amazing about providing a solution for me. Very friendly and quick customer service.I love the size of the monitor and how much of the room I can see at one time. My previous different brand monitor used to have a very loud static sound but this one is silent unless baby makes a noise which I love love love!Super easy to use. Honestly I should of bought this camera set to begin with two years ago. I highly recommend this product. Look no further if you are a new parent or looking to replace an older camera system.

It works really good, the night vision is super clear and I can hear him perfectly (even when I'm sleeping) and I love how it alarms me if there's any noise around him. Definitely would recommend

We have only been using this product for a month and the battery has already gone bad. We have it plugged in all day and if we unplug it, the monitor immediately dies. We also cannot hear anything from the monitor, the sound will not turn up. The only time I know if my baby is crying is if I turn the sound alarm on. We cannot physically hear anything coming from the room with the camera. Very disappointed we wasted so much money on this.

I liked that the camera and monitor had individual, long cables with plug. Easy to unpack with direct instructions. Night vision is clear ... alarm sensitivity good with mute. Speaker/listening is clear. I wish camera tilted down a few degrees more, zooms in well.

I first bought this baby monitor when my son was five months in January 2021, I had it for a few months before my dogs tail knocked it off the end table in the living room and broke it. The customer service was fantastic about getting me another monitor, so five stars for customer service. I received the second camera/monitor and instantly had problems with the monitor. It has a rattling noise when I shake it and it does not keep a full charge. I have charged it for 48 hours at a time and every time I take it off the charger there’s only one bar of life left. One major flaw about this monitor system is that it goes off with every little noise in the house. We can’t open the front door, the back door, or shut a bedroom door or cabinet without the monitor going off and it is very annoying. It is too sensitive, I will not be buying this again.

This product did not even last a full year and the monitor buttons will not work at all. I can not find any information on this brand because apparently this brand is made in Japan? I can't get a refund or anything because it's pass the date of return. A 160 bucks down the drain and not even a year worth of life.
