One of the best starting points if you're seriously getting into airbrushing
You can certainly find cheaper airbrushes, or even more expensive, but this is the sweet point for price and quality. Its easily disassembled for cleaning, and spare parts are affordable and easy to find if you break something. I have had three friends start with this model and all three are still using them without worry or issue. This model can even be needle swapped with two parts to be a .5mm needle. (the .5mm is easier to prime large surfaces with)

Solid airbrush
This is a solid airbrush. At $170 it is a great airbrush, really little more to ask for.If you want the best, this is what you want, smooth as butter, versatile and consistent. However, if $170 is too steep for your budget, I can recommend the Gaahaleri mobius 0.2 or 0.3 for less than half the price, but with equivalent build quality and performance. The Iwata Eclipse is one of my personal favorites.

Good product!
I tried a cheap kit and that was a waste of time. This works perfect!

Best brush I've used to date. Well worth the extra coin to buy

Iwata Eclipse, The airbrush of the gods
This is the standard set by airbrushes. Hands down. If you're new, or interested, or were like me and saw the gun and thought that might be too complicated. Hogwash. I use this thing almost daily, for warhammer minatures. Its a beast. However when you purchase this kit, this kit does not include a aircompressor. You can get a cheap one here on amazon aswell.10/10, Blew my expectations away

Get the bigger cup!
When I purchased this brush (HP-CS) I also purchased the HP-BS at the same time. The HP-CS has the same exact internals as the HP-BS but I found the CS model easier to use all around. With the BS if you're using paint that is ready to go out of the bottle it is great, if not go with the CS, you will be so much happier with the cup space when thinning paints. I also found the CS easier to clean (Sausage fingers) with the additional cup size for back flushing the cup and wiping it out.

Feels high quality and has excellent performance
The only other decent airbrush I've owned was a Badger Renegade Krome. This Iwata Eclipse is better in most ways. It's easier to take apart and reassemble, in particular the trigger is much easier to put back than it was on the Krome. Paint seems easier to clean out than on the Krome and I don't get as much dry tip. The spray consistency is much better as well. The nozzle is huge compared to the Krome's, so it won't roll away and get lost when cleaning. And as a final plus I didn't have to buy a hose adapter like I did with the Krome.I only give it four stars because of the price. Its cheaper competitors come with more features like needle stops and extra needle/nozzle sizes.
