We have just opened this up after receiving on Xmas day and there are parts missing!!!!Very flimsy, cheap looking! Not happy at all

Bought this at discount price, absolute bargain, my daughter loves it.Lots of things for the animals to play on, slide, weighing scales, checking their height and xray. Yes the backing is cardboard but put on correctly its sturdy and looks effective.

We bought this for my daughter’s birthday and have started to assemble it. All of the back is cardboard and doesn’t fit very well or very sturdy! The characters are so cute and well as the idea of the surgery but not very happy with the product as a whole! And not worth the money for it 😞

My 4 year granddaughter wants to be a vet so had a look around to see if I could find something suitable for her to play with share her 3 year old brother. I found this on Argos for £25, nearly bought it but thought I should check Amazon first. What a pleasant surprise £6, yes please thank you very much and because I got such a bargain, I ordered the rescue helicopter, which was also reduce.I was very disappointed when I received it. It was fiddly to put together, but I did it, apart fronts bits that didn’t fit…It looked great once it was done, but we established early on that my grandson would not be able to play with it, it would collapse within seconds. He does have special needs, in that he wouldn’t understand if we couldn’t explain to him, that he has to play carefully or it’ll collapse!My granddaughter absolutely loved it and was so excited to play with it. Unfortunately we did have to sit her down and explain how fragile it was. With in 10 mins of playing, she picked it up to move it, the walls fell off, part of the wall doesn’t stay in place anyway, so we’re pretending it’s a door to the garden. There should be a door on the cubby under the stairs but it would not fit go on. I do not understand how this made it onto the uk market, it’s that flimsy…If my granddaughter hadn’t already fallen in love with it, I would have returned it. I would absolutely return it (whether she liked it or not) if I’d paid the full price, which is now £19 on Amazon and still £25 in Argos, it is barely worth the £6 that I paid…

The product is rubbish! It’s so flimsy it falls apart because the backing is made of cardboard and the fixings either break or don’t fit at all. Disappointed because the other items such as the vehicles so far are great and sturdy. Whatever they weren’t thinking when they made this needs to be thought about again. How they can think it’s suitable and strong enough for children is beyond me! Very Disappointed!!!

Was easy to set up bought for a 6yo she loves it

Bought as a present for my 9 year old granddaughter, she loves it, spends hours playing with it

So I bought this as a gift for my daughter amazing for the price it was. However I have issue with the fact you build it but the building parts are mainly cardboard that dont actually stay in or stand up properly. I've been frustrated and my daughter has trying to play with it but the cardboard walls just come off and it kind of ruins the structure.

No nos ha gustado nada ni a los peques ni a los papás. Es muy endeble; el montaje es complicado y al jugar se quitan constatemente elementos que se supone deberiasnquedar fijos. Hay productos similares por un precio parecido que tienen mucha mejor calidad.

no lo recomiendo, paredes de cartón que se doblan y se desmontan muy facilmente.
