The Mattress came before the delivery date which was good. I put it on the bed frame and let it air as there was a sight smell when it was unwrapped.I have a disability that courses a lot of pain and during the night I feel every crease, spring and buttons on my old mattress, the firmness was a medium to hard. this mattress is a medium to soft and has no springs or crease or buttons for me to feel, so I got a really good nights sleep; which I’ve not had for sometime now.I recommend this mattress, if I could give more then 5 stars I would give it more. The price for a single is worth every penny. And the cover on the mattress has a zip so that it can be taken off for washing, so any small accidents can be washed away.I’m loving this so much I’m now saving to get another for the spare bed.Thank you Marcapiuma.

This was purchased for dementia patient who has lost much weight and was finding his old mattress uncomfortably hard despite memory foam topper.I chose this mattress for him because it was similar to Dunlopillo mattresses that I have had in the past but I could not afford a new Dunlopillo mattress. This was affordable.Delivery was speedy and customer service excellent.This mattress is heavy to lift so I hope it doesn' t need turning but it seems to have solved the problem as recipient finds it very comfortable and sleeps well.He sits on for most of the day .It has a ten year guarantee also .It is early days yet but so far I am well satisfied.

I had hoped this latex mattress would be as good as the latex one I'd purchased from another company 8-9 years ago. Sadly after a few days it started to subside and I had to start the returns procedure. On the plus side, Marcapiuma were responsive and helpful and allowed me to return the mattress for refund. So not a great experience, but a decent seller.

Bought 2 for a king size bed. Still testing the comfort but not doubts about the quality. I've always been convinced a latex mattress is much better than 'over-advertised' memory foam one. Reasonable cost. At the moment very satisfied about my purchase.

I was a little worried whether we should get this one or the firmer one. We are a couple of around 57kg each, mostly side but also belly and back sleepers. This mattress works perfectly for us. Not too firm, not too soft. Very comfortable. We're loving it!

this is the most comfortable mattress I`ve ever slept on, also the coolest, if like me you wake up with your back wet through with sweat after lying on your old mattress, chuck it out & buy one of these, requires slated base for best effect, if yours is solid, drill vent holes.

Has all the right labels, very comfortable and affordable for a latex mattress. Not the fastest delivery but this wasn't an issue for me. It's soft but not too soft: I normally like relatively hard mattresses, this one is on the softer end of my scale but still perfectly acceptable. Dimensions are as advertised. Excellent quality on all fronts.

it's second one. first one is much better. more firm. this one just too soft. don't understand why. because it's a reorder. should be the same thing. first one after years still firm and flat. but this one I have only used less 2 months and can see unflatness when changing sheets.
