I thought it would be bigger. It's more like you need one for each foot! I wear size 9 and my feet hang over. It's easy to use - but if you don't squeeze in your tummy muscles - you'll hurt your back.

Price still high compared to where I buy before in a store. But amazon prices varies but product is good coz its what I use for exercising. It does help trim some belly fats 😉 with consistent usage. Will update again if this disc wears down compared to another brand I had before.

The plastic your feet it supposed to step on feels not very sturdy. So, you do have to step lightly when getting on this device and also when actually using it. If you can see in this picture like black dust around this device it's because the bottom part of this disc has some dust that keeps coming out this is my fist day trying it. I will Swiffer this floor to remove this dust and continue to use it about a week, if this device is worth it I will change my rating BUT if it doesn't then I will return it! I hope this review helps.

I'm 170lbs. If you hate working out like I do.... get this item and do it when you do the dishes LOL!!! I just worked out for like 15 minutes while doing the dishes and it was awesome. Threw some music on and boom! I'm keeping it by my sink. It lives there now.

This is constructed well and it is very easy to use. It makes your exercise routine fun and effective. You will start seeing the slimmer you in short span of time. Affordable and most effective 👍🏽
