Best razor I’ve found

First off, I love the razor blades. I also like the feel of the handle, but unfortunately the quality just isn't there. It broke in just a few months. I ordered a new handle and was sent blades instead. Amazon refunded my purchase, but now the handle has increased in price. Very irritating. If I didn't have so many blades I would just say forget it. It doesn't do much good to get lower priced blades if the handles don't last.

It is a very good razor, but the handle will break and you will be left with useless yet costly replacement blades. Our family has purchased not less than 5 handles over the years. We just had our last one break and still have at least 6 replacement blades. If you intend to use the handle for six months, you'll be fine... but then it would be far more economical to buy a five or six blade big-name-brand shaving "system" from Schick or Gillette.A handle with a couple of refill packs of blade should last a few years. The Dorco brand (for women) does not. They messed up with their design.The blades are very good, but they're not as perfect and they don't last long as blades made by Gillette. Our family would prefer to replace blades more often so we buy bargain blades. Presumably you do the same, and that's why you're reading this review. Buy the Solimo shaving system or buy a discount store's house brand or step up to the name brands.

My blades have lasted months and have had no issue with the handle.

I agree with the person who said what good is 6 blades if the handles break, and you have to keep buying $18 handles. This was my 4th one & usually get the all inclusive with tons of blades to make the cost worth it. But with 7 blades left I'm just hanging on to those, eating the cost & going back to tried and true Gillette/Venus or other. Just not worth it. Besides, while it seems more is better, there are only so many places 6 blades work effectively, but women are curvy.... and just doesn't work around tight corners. Sometimes nothing beats good experience with less blades.
