We had extremely bad odor for years and couldn't identify where it was coming from. I had my plumber (i was a state licensed general contractor) try to determine the cause and cure but he was unable to offer any solution. We were sure the odor was septic/sewer gas. I found this product and used it not expecting positive results but after about two weeks the oder lessened then vanished.. Using it monthly has kept us odor free. You have to allow the time it takes to solve your problem, not an instant success but a definite solution. I won't be without it again.

I've been using this in our septic tank for a couple of years. It works! After all this time I'm still nowhere near requiring a pump out. I even use their RV version in our camper.

It handles the dirty business like a champ

Had a slight odor coming from the septic system when running the washer machine. This seems to help stop that odor from happening.Did have a shipping issue. The contents of the bottle was all over the shipping bag. Nothing happened when brought to their attention. That is the reason for three stars.

This stuff really worked good. I was a little leery at first and buying it but the toilet flush so much easier after using this all week. We had been having a lot of problems with it and had tried a lot of other products. This said use it every night for a week and then you use once a week after. It says you can use the whole bottle at the beginning and it probably would have worked very well if I would have done that but I decided to do the once a night. At the end of the week my system was working a lot better. So this year I bought another bottle of it and I will continue to buy them when I run out because it keeps the system running well. The value of this versus a plumber is a good value I think.

The Company states that their product is useful for RV's. NOT TRUE! I spoke with a representative on the phone and was told this product would remove the smells in my holding tanks. It dose not work after using numerous doses, but also in reading the information on the product it states that it does not break down toilet paper. I gave this product a try based on their statements and a couple of revues they show online. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY because this product costs more then twice the amount you can spend on another product, (Unique RV Digest). And That product does work in both Gray and Black tanks. It also liquefies the toilet paper in the Black Tank. Needles to say this customer gives their product a 1 star review.

I want toilet was developing a horrible odor, and all the other tricks of using bleach and regular and more regular cleanings was not helping. So I read the reviews and read how this works, ordered it started using it, and the smell went away and has stayed away. I will order this product if that septic odor were to come back this worked great I didn’t have any clogs. I didn’t have any issues and now everything smells as it should.
