Great product.
Not too shabby of a wine key. It's not as good as I expected since I have used others that were more to my liking, but it's pretty nice for the price. Only thing that I didn't really like was that the foil cutter was a little too big and huge serrations.

The Best Corkscrew I've Ever Used
I was skeptical of this device because I'm so jaded by marketing hype. This product, however, is just great. The screw is teflon coated, which makes it noticeably easier to screw into the cork. It also makes it easier to remove the cork from the screw. It also has a so-called two-stage hook (I have no if there's a proper name for the thing that hooks onto the lip of the bottle). If you use the shorter one first, it doubles the leverage, making it much easier to start pulling the cork. At around the halfway point, you can switch to the longer hook and finish the process.Even the foil cutter is well-designed. It has a sharp serrated edge that makes cutting through the foil very easy. In contrast, I've used the straight edged kind and found them to be very difficult to use.I've seen and used other two-stage corkscrews, but this one works well, doesn't slip and has a very solid feel. It's hand-friendly, meaning that there are no pressure points that make opening the bottle uncomfortable. If there's any negative, its the price, which is a couple of dollars high as corkscrews go. However, I gladly paid for two more to give to my (grown) kids.Update: When I said that this corkscrew was a couple of dollars high, I hadn't checked recent prices. Apparently, the price is now about two dollars less than I paid for it a few weeks ago. (I paid $10+ and it's now $8+). Rats!

Broke almost immediately
I've had several wine keys over the years and this one came recommended. I've only had this product for 2 months and it already broke. I would not purchase this product again

best wine key I've ever had
Been using this for 6 months. I've opened at least 100 bottles of wine as a server since. best wine key I've ever had. Serrated knife, Teflon screw, and a double hinge. What more could you ask for? Blade cuts great. After 6 months, only the bottom rung of the screw is showing mild Teflon wear. Not enough in any way to impact performance however. After a little use and breaking it in, I can deploy all parts of this wine key with one hand. very satisfied.

Great Product
Great product so far. A friend in Italy showed me these and I bought a couple upon return. I've used a lot of different types over the last 40 years and this double lever design is best I've seen on a waiter's corkscrew. I find myself scrambling through my drawer full of wine accessories looking for one in lieu of anything else.

Phenomenal corkscrew
I ordered a Rialto corkscrew and this Murano was substituted. Initially I was upset, until I saw the design differences. Unlike the design flaws of the Rialto, Murano does not encase the hinge screw in the plastic cover, thereby making this a very solid, sturdy, yet attractive corkscrew. I will be buying a Murano again.
