No, I ordered a separate box of Spa chemicals. I wish had had not and just ordered the chlorine tablets as they would worked with the spa

The manufacturers website Lay-Z-spa has a section for spare and replacement parts. Or you could try EBay

Yes it does, we left our previous spa, same plug, lying out side for months in the rain and only a little bit of oxidation on the fuse. Never gave any issues. The entire cable and fuse system is waterproof.
