Q: Where are these made?

I am starting to ask that same question of everything that I buy...I just looked at the label and it says “Made in the USA with select ingredients from around the world”. So, it may have been put together here, but who knows where the ingredients are from. I will probably not buy this brand again. Hope that helps. Was a surprise to me, so thanks for the question.

Don't listen to everything the doctor tells you. If they cure you, they lose their kickbacks from big pharma. Magnesium is the most important mineral for your body.

Q: I have problems with large pills? How large is this one? Easy to swallow?

Actually, are not tiny...like a One A Day. Maybe smidge smaller than prenatal. Larger than Excedrin capsule. Hope this helps. Maybe crush!
