Revlon ColorStay 2-in-1 Compact Makeup & Concealer, Ivory

I haven’t used this brand since I was a teenager but I’m glad I went back to it. After trying to find my shade in cover girl foundation I gave up and went back to Revlon. I like this formula and packaging because it’s quick to apply and portable. I use this a makeup sponge to cover up redness on my neck and cheeks and it works well. When I find the redness is really bad I just apply it a little thicker but it blends well and I’ve never had an issue with caking. My skin is dry to normal with redness but olive undertones.

Natural Tan is perfect

I use this to cover blemishes and age spots. A very thin coating over the spot does the trick. It blends to my skin tone perfectly. Coverage lasts all day. My olive skin tone varies depending on the time of year, so I like that it has the two different tones included in the compact so i can mix them to match my skin.

Nice cream foundation for $6 I paid . I'd say the coverage is light to medium . The finish is pretty natural looking and it blends in easily with the little sponge provided or with a beauty sponge. It has a thin consistency. It wore fine on my normal to dry skin. The concealer is a bit of a lighter shade and a bit more matte in feel. It worked fine on slight redness but didn't fully cover my under eye darkness nor the melisma on my forehead. The package it about the size of a Cushion compact. It includes a little mirror and thin sponge. I'm very fair and I got the shade 110 ivory (the lightest shade). it's darker than I was expecting. it's about two shades too dark. It looks more like a classic ivory shade. If you're very fair or have a lot to cover then I'd pass on this one.

I am like Goldilocks when it comes to under-eye concealers. I prefer crème concealers but my favorites always go out of production. Ordered this one and when it arrived I was afraid it was too dark. Tried it anyway, and it was perfect! It also glided on smoothly. It stayed on all day and it never creased!

This is a wonderful wonderful make up. I fell and hit my face on the corner, bruising my eye, and my under eye. Although I usually use it, normally, I stacked make up on my bruised eye. No one even asked me about it because they couldn’t see it. Love this make up.

So i currently wear Revlon,s Colorstay liquid foundation (cappuccino shade). I have also worn MAC and i feel this brand is the best option for my skin tone and is better than me paying $40 for MAC. Well, don’t get me wrong, this color matched spot on,BUT only after a few hours of wear to my surprised when i looked in the mirror, i noticed i looked like o had been bathing in oil and forgot to wipe it off. My face was shining brighter than diamond on New Years Eve. Now i don’t have the driest skin, but my has never gotten that oily!! I wish this would have work but upon a retrial i got the same results. On another note, the concealer does its job.....

I got the very light color for around my eyes. Does a good job.
