I’ve been doing more electronics work lately and decided to try silicone-insulated wire instead of the usual stuff. Honestly, I don’t think I’m going back. The flexibility alone is great, but the biggest win is not accidentally melting the insulation while soldering. With regular wire I was always worried about getting the iron too close and watching the insulation shrink back. With this, that’s basically a non-issue. Makes soldering a lot less stressful, especially on tighter builds. The assortment of colors is also really helpful for keeping things organized. I’ve been using different colors for power, ground, and signal lines and it just makes everything easier to follow later. I’ve used it on a few small projects so far and it’s been solid. If you do any soldering, silicone wire is definitely worth switching to.

I have several cars/trucks, wiring issues appear and using this was a breeze to get right length. Color matching wire is a big help.

This wire makes it easy to do your projects handles well nice and flexible solders fast and easy with the tinning on the wires and holds strong. It is some of the best wire I have used the higher temp insulation make the wire more universal to wire repairs and new installations The dispenser box keeps the wire nice and neat and tangle free. I put a slit in the holes where the wire comes out to lock them in place The wire insulation hold up great when using heat shrink the insulation does not shrink or deform from the heat gun like most do

I needed wire like this to lengthen a multiconductor cable. The silicone insulation is very sturdy, but flexible and easy to strip. The wire solders easily, and the silicone was entirely resistant to heat, unlike the wire I was connecting to. Including several heat shrink segments in the package was a nice touch. I was also pleased with fast shipment- I received it the day after ordering.
