Hello, All I can tell you is my wife ordered the size 6 which is her usual size but found she had to return for a size 5. Alternatively you could purchase one of each size and return the ones that don't fit which is what we do now as it's very easy to return item's to Amazon. Hopefully this helps you.

I have EE fitting and they fit perfectly, the back is nice and high do feels very secure, the shoes are very comfortable.
