Nature's Bounty Extra Strength Hair Skin Nails, 150 Count,Pack of 2

I use HSN all the time. I take 2 a day. I am 74 years old, and as we get older hair growth slows down and skin gets much thinner. I have taken HSN (HairSkinNails) for almost 10 years now and I believe it helps in keeping the aging effects at bay, at least a little bit.

I have been taking 1/day for years and this product really works. You will have to take for awhile before seeing results, but trust me within in 6 months your nails will be stronger and so will your hair over time! I swear I could almost use my hair as thread to see with because it is that strong! But follow the directions and do not take to much or you can harm yourself! And as with any OTC, you need to be sure there will not be any dangerous interactions with any other medications you take! If in doubt, consult your physician!

So, I started taking these several months ago at the recommendation of my Dad - who was thoroughly impressed at how it grew the hair back in his bald spot. I had some thinning around my hairline due to prolonged wearing of very tight braided styles. It was only recently that I realized just HOW well the supplement works. Not only has my hairline filled in nicely, but I now have sideburns - which I haven't had since I was a teenager. My brows are filling in, and my nails actually grow and are stronger and thicker than before. Like I said, it took several months for me to notice, so it does take time. My skin is also softer and supple. Oh, and I have naturally thick, afro-textured hair, but things kind of thin out with age. My hair is now so thick, that the only way I can really comb my hair without torturing myself and causing damage is to wet it in the shower. This is NOT a bad thing, trust me. Nature's Bounty is a must-have in my self-care arsenal. Highly recommended!

The greatest vitamins ever! Been using them for well over 3 years and haven't had any problems. I don't care for pills so they're never easy to swallow for me but these aren't too bad. I usually take them after my first meal, your urine will be slightly yellow but it's do to the vitamins. My hair, skin and nails have always been healthy before using this but while using it,my hair and nails are much stronger, and grows super fast. I cut my hair once a month no matter what. My skin remains glowing but of course that's aks3o with the use of my daily face routine. Overall, I will continue to use this product until I feel as if it is no longer for me.

I have problem nails that split on the ends. I hoped that this would help but I've been taking it for over three months and don't see any real improvement on the ends. My hair, on the other hand, is growing like weeds.I'm older so helping my skin is iffy.I'm going to finish what I have and then probably not buy again.

If anyone out there has something called "lichen sclerosus" (WARNING: Do NOT google pictures of it, you will regret it! But you can WebMD it for information.) I highly recommend this product! I've been suffering from this skin disorder since 2013/2014, and my doctor gave me some steroids and tried to give me a numbing cream that no pharmacy could fill because you need to take it to an apothecary (really??)... nothing has worked, until I started taking this!! About 2-3 weeks into to taking this (I only take it 2x daily, one in morning and one at night) NO MORE PAIN! If you have or are familiar with lichen sclerosus, you will understand what I mean! I could NOT believe that a simple vitamin has helped with this! If I had known, I'd have started taking this years ago! It's definitely worth a shot! It can't hurt to try, but remember it does take a few weeks to really start helping and you have to take it daily! Keep it in your system! Your life will be so much happier!

Ok the good and bad:Bad: you have to take 3 geltabs a dayThey are fairly big so I squeeze the liquid out and it tastes foul!I don't see a difference with my nails at all.Great: They work !! I hair model so my hair was wrecked from dye and bleach.It never used to grow and ends were split and brittle.Now my hair is in good condition and grows like crazy !! It has never grown like this before and I have used many hair vitamins much more expensive than this!I'm on my 3rd bottle!Using these for hairand nail condition and growth

I have Covid hair! I've used these tablets for years. This year with all the weirdness I haven't been able to have my hair cut. It has now grown almost to my waist. In all my 65 years, I have never been able to grow my hair down below my shoulder without it getting broken frizzy ends. Not now, my hair is the healthiest it has ever been.
