I am glad I took a chance on this skirt. Some of the reviews said it runs big so I got a size large instead of my usual XL and it fits perfect. It is well made and very comfortable. Love it!

My two biggest complaints about this product are: 1) The sizing is odd. After checking the size chart against my measurements I decided to go up a size when ordering hoping for a looser fit. The item I received fit like it was sized down not up! It was way smaller than expected! For a moment I thought maybe I had been sent the wrong size by mistake but after looking at the tag, I did indeed get the size I ordered. 2) The description says this is a modest cut skirt. In no way shape or form is this modestly cut. It hugs every single curve. The skirt is roughly knee length (I’m 5’9) but has a large slit up the back of the skirt that is again not modest in any way.If you’re looking for a skirt for church, or if you just typically dress modestly, Is may not be the skirt for you.The wash/color I received also didn’t seem to match what I had selected online.One thing I did like is the skirt seemed to be well made; just not the right size, color, or cut.

Love this skirt. I rarely write reviews but had to. I’ve been looking for a denim skirt for about a year to no avail. I found this one and broke down and ordered it even though it was more than I wanted to spend. I ordered Thursday, shipped Friday and got it Saturday (today) and I don’t have Prime. I followed the advice of others to size down. Definitely runs large so don’t buy your usual size. The chart with sizing is very accurate. I am 5’8” and 130 and the XS fit perfect. My hips are 36”. It hits me right at the knee. It’s a stretchy denim and is pencil style. My only complaint is that you can’t take a long stride bc it will restrict you as most pencil skirts do. This isn’t a huge deal since you can walk normal still. Small modest slit in back. Highly recommend. For this price I was going to send it back if it wasn’t absolutely perfect. But it was and I’m so glad I took the chance.

I have been losing weight, so I've decided to go for straighter styles which are often more flattering than the flowy stuff I normally wear. This was a good choice for me. It's a little tight around the waist, but that's me, not the skirt :) Great length as I don't like to show too much of my sixty-three year old legs! I don't like frumpy clothes, nor do I like clothes that make old ladies look like they want to be teens. So this was a good choice. If anything, the material is a little stiff, but I think that will soften the more I wash it. The description says it runs large, but I think it is pretty true to size. Hopefully ten more pounds will take care of that tight waist! I purchased the large and am 5'6" and wear about a size 14. I do recommend this.

I really did not like this skirt. I’m 5’6”, 160 lbs and one year postpartum. I went by the size chart in the photos but I ordered a medium and large to be safe. I fit in the large which is what the chart recommended and is my regular size. So NOOO it does not run large like the other reviews said. The waistband is a detached elastic that is pretty thick and wide. I thought this would be great for my belly....the elastic rolls and is hard to keep flat and even. The only comfortable way to wear the skirt is to have the elastic one inch below my boobs, above my stomach. If I put it where I’d normally wear a skirt then my stomach gets cut in half and is super uncomfortable. When I put it under my boobs then it’s too short and the back pockets are too high. This skirt would be great for someone with a super thin waist and big thighs.

Apparently I didn't read or look at the pictures closely. I was slightly disappointed to find there was no zipper on this skirt...it's a pull-on skirt. This was almost a deal breaker but after wearing it you couldn't tell the difference. The skirt is pleasantly comfortable, made of a super soft denim, almost cotton. I ended up loving the skirt after the first wear and want more. Like others I sized down. It is a modest fit, not fitted, and fell below the knee (I'm 5'8). Overall nice skirt, just not what I initially expected.

Flattering and comfortable, I adored this upon arrival, however after washing it twice, it went from a perfect fit to too small and had to be given to my daughter. Disappointing because the medium was way too big and the small for perfect till it shrunk two sizes.

This skirt has become my favorite skirt. It is sooo comfortable and fits perfectly. It has a nice stretch to it, but it holds its shape, and is not made of a cheap material. And the style is perfect. My new go to skirt-I love it!
