Pros-If you are buying this for a gaming console or as a monitor for a PC then this is absolutely perfect. It is cheap, gives you true 4K, true HDR, and is also very lightweight so I had no trouble setting it up to my gaming console. I didn't think the sound quality would be good because of the low price but I was very surprised to have such clarity for normal audio and also music!! Absolutely perfect for next gen consoles as well.Cons-If you use the TV as standalone (without anyth extra like Jio or even cable TV) then it is very slow and laggy (nothing too frustrating though) because the internal specs are not that good (which is why it's so cheap)But honestly the pros outweigh the cons. the TV looks and feels premium with the thin bezels, beautiful picture quality that you can customise to your liking, along with HDR, and very, VERY good sound quality! It feels like a flagship TV which are usually around 55-60,000 rupees range but you only have to pay 27,000 so what's NOT to like?!Extremely happy with this product

Nice product but Alexa is not working properly

The tv is superb...overall the tv supports 4k n shiws the ootion to switch to 4k in youtube ...image quality is soo good ...and the sound is awesome .. as it comes with 15 watt ×2 speakers. Sound quality as expected ,its much good n its loud Too..nw the tv is fast n smooth to use while operating ...only the issue is when we play it in 4k resolution it seems slow takes much time to load...cause it doesnt matter as it is depend upon our net speed. In this price the features n sound quality n the android tv with google apps its quite decent n very worth it..i m happy purchasing this tv.i would suggest people to buy it as its budget tv n it exceeds our expectations too...for this price range and its performance i can recommend this tcl tv👍.

At Rs. 26,000/- it offers the best value. The setup out of the box was very easy and the default colors were great. Didn't have to adjust anything. It is in the bedroom. There is bluetooth capability available where you can attach your headphone to this TV and can listen to it in the night by yourself. Also, the 4K videos look exceptionally good. I didn't notice any lag during watching the videos. The Netflix, Prime and other channels can be directly accessed from TV and I didn't feel any lag at all. At the slowest speed, I get about 30 mbps connection in my bedroom. Never experience any lag even at these speeds. The colors are not as beautiful as our Samsung TV in the living room, but I wasn't in a mood to spend another Rs. 20,000/- to get "Samsung" colors. These colors are just fine. Don't expect too much sound quality. If you need better sound, Bluetooth speakers should be the way to go with this TV.Overall, very satisfied with this purchase and recommend buying this TV without any reservations.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from TCL regarding my TV replacement. It’s been over a month since I requested a repair, and the process has been nothing short of frustrating.Customer care has been unhelpful, providing only generic responses with no clear answers. It’s been two weeks since TCL told me the replacement TV had reached the service center, but I’ve yet to receive it or even get confirmation from the center. This kind of delay is unacceptable.What’s worse, the last time I went through this, they sent me a refurbished TV as a replacement, which is not what I expected from a reputable company.I’m demanding a brand-new replacement and a clear update on when I’ll receive it. If TCL doesn’t resolve this quickly, I’ll be forced to take further action. Their service has been far below what I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.

The media could not be loaded. Honest Review:Pros:- The television is completely worth the pricing.- Good Sound quality and better picture quality as well- Ample of HDMI portsCons:- USB slot is at Center of the set on the backside making it difficult to connect or reconnect- In 5 months time suddenly a white spot occurred on the screen, so gave a call to cust care and they arranged a techie in no time but when the techie arrived he said you will get a replacement panel in 5 days and to my surprise next day I got a message that the case has been closed.- Techie started ignoring my calls, *again in 1 month new horizontal black lines arrived and they are almost half the screen size* I have attached video for reference.- This all is happening in first year of purchase. The same techie guy called me as I put a new complaint. He asked me to forward video and now saying we will get a replacement in 15 days. Probably I know what's coming.Edit: I got a replacement 2021 Model for 2020 Model. The TV is working good for last 6 months, with some lags here and there, which you should expect when buying a 50 inch TV for 30k. Now its a 1 year old TV and going good.

What I like.Tv is amazing.Picture quality is very good. Sound quality is not so good. Good product at good price. What I don't like is that seller had reduced price by 1000 rs. in week so I had to pay higher price for the same.
