Theseseem to be good earphones. I use them to listen to recorded books on my cell phone. One oddity I have noticed is that their volume comes up low and increases to normal when I restart the book after pausing it for a minute or two. Perhaps they enter into a power saving mode and wake up slow. They also come with a separate battery that can be charged and taken along and used to recharge the phones. To me, this is a waste. Who goes so far off the grid that they need to recharge their headphones? If you do, how do you recharge the other bluetooth device you are listening to? Note to manufacturer: drop the battery and lower the price. You'll sell more headphones.

I dislike that the sound goes in and out and the battery life was not as expected

I was really hopeful these could be a good replacement for the HBS-830, LG Tone ultra.In fact, they have one key feature that blows most headsets out of the water: They have rewind + fast forward buttons that work (for iPhone at least, which is what I have), if you hold down the next track or previous track buttons for 2 seconds. which I haven't been able to find on any other bluetooth headset besides the older LG models that are no longer being producedThat alone would be worth it. The sound quality and battery life, is not as great as the LG version, which is expected at this price point, however, there was one major drawback.I can't quite explain it, but there were weird audio bugs when switching between differetn apps. I could only play audio from one app at a time. If i wanted to switch apps, I'd have to disconnect and reconnect the headphones. If the manufactures can iron this out, this could be an amazing LG alternative and the only headet i've found with rewind/fast forward.Yes, I have the updated firmware on my iphone.

I actually bought these for the charger case for higher quality neckbands I have. Not sure about the actual headphones. But I imagine you get what you pay for. The case fits all kinds of other Bluetooth cables, like Fiio lcbt2 and Shanling mw200.

I loved these headsets. Good sound quality, easy to use for phone calls, and stayed around my neck. The biggest problem I had was that the power switch (which was one of its best features for me) only lasted about 4 months. I would often turn the headset off during moderate to long car rides so that my phone would not keep switching back and forth between my vehicle Bluetooth and the headset. Maybe the headset seas not intended for that kind of constant use?

Product is great, good value for features, for me sound is not..

Not a good item not sure why, my first one was great. The charger box never worked, but I carried on, after awhile and not great battery time, it started cutting out and 2 days ago the pause/ start button quit working. This is one rare time something has not been good.

I use this head set at work I work in a welding shop and have no problem hearing with this headset
