Battery arrived promptly and well packed, all looked OK.When removed from package, the battery was not flat on the back, but slightly curved (banana style) which made it slightly fiddly to fit, but not difficult at all.However, the main issue was that it was totally dead, no output, and would not charged.Returned as per instructions, no issue with refund or seller, just an unfortunate occurrence.

Only had it a few hours so time will tell but the service was fantastic and product is quality

Good replacement battery. Have used for a few weeks and is holding charge as expected.

This battery seems to be lasting, unlike the last one I purchased. So far so good.
