If I could give no stars I would I got this today and it wasnt English version for one and I used 2 boxes and my hair is thick and it didnt remove any dye at all infact all it did was made my hair like staw and smell like and egg factory stay clear off this just buy from supermarket

Good product been using it for many years but if your hair been processed many times it might not be enough to remove the colour pigment. But overall excellent to remove hair dye to avoid getting it too dark. A plus is it doesn’t smell bad as the others similar products do. I recommend. Thanks! ☺️

If I could give 0 stars I would!
Seriously don't waste your time or your money on this! I have used this in the past and it worked, but obviously something has changed over the years! It does nothing! Doesn't even come with the nossel to apply to your hair, luckily I had a hair dye brush and bowl I could use. Followed the instructions trusted the process even when seeing no visible difference in my hair during the process time (used to before) Wasted over an hour of my life and £10 for no visible results oh and smelly hair! Avoid like the plague! Refund option should be available if the product doesn't work! Cant send an empty box back! Oh and the original packaging was damaged too! Avoid Avoid Avoid!

I love this product for colour build up,which it removes very effectively.Doesn’t ruin my hair either.

Brittle and orange
Wish I hadn't even attempted to do this. My hair did lighten but to a bright orange and the smell is horrendous. I am 5 days after and my hair is brittle and I still stink and have washed it twice with normal shampoo. Won't ever do this again.

False product!
This product has not worked...I've used this make so many times before but unfortunately I've been sold a dud product!! The nossle was missing from the box and the box came opened and very damaged and no English instructios either!! Do not buy this!! If I could give zero stars then I would....so very disappointed waste of money!!!
