Great Value
Received this DEC 2019 and have used in windy 30F conditions and packed into airline carry on luggage. I own Carhart, Columbia, Duluth and some holdover military issue winter jackets from my USMC days, this jacket isn't that level of quality. HOWEVER, for less than 50 dollars, it is perfect for stuffing into a travel bag and being warm at your destination or as a daily use jacket in the city. The water resistance isn't something I would bet on, a splash of my Starbucks while driving seemed to penetrate straight through, but being cut off on the highway may be negatively influencing my recollection of the event. Overall, this is a great jacket for the price. I searched Target and other box stores for a similar down style, and this was cheaper and seems better made. It is also sharp looking and functional, the pockets are well sized and the elastic is useful without being annoying. I am 5'10 and 170lbs, Medium fit perfect. I would recommend this product for light use or travel.

Feathers feathers feathers
When I opened the box and saw the coat I was questioning if I would be warm enough for Michigan weather. It was smaller than what I expected from photos. I tried it out about a week or so after debating to return. To my surprise it was very warm for the look and size. I was expecting a thicker look. This was average sized which made the jacket even more appealing. It was about 20-30 degrees and I stayed warm with just a sweater and undershirt on. I decided to keep the jacket. I do have one major complaint. After my second time wearing I decided to start wearing it to work. I noticed that the goose feathers keep coming out of the coat and on my sweaters? Embarrassing. Whenever I take my coat off feathers are being plucked off my sweater by my co workers every time I wear. Now I’m thinking about returning

Good quality jacket, as good as most name brands. Just be careful with it.
This is an incredibly warm jacket. Great quality. real down inside. How do I know? I took my dog for a walk. He was so excited he jumped up and caught my sleeve with his paw, putting a nice size tear in it. So if you buy this, just make sure you stay away from any pointy objects, tree branches, dogs, etc. The fabric will tear easily. I suspect that is the case for all of these light weight puffer jackets. If you want something more durable, you are probably going to have to settle for a heavier jacket. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Crappy stitching
This jacket looks good but you get what you pay for, I’ve worn it for a week and it keeps you warm but due to low quality stitch work feathers are constantly coming out of this thing. Just save your money and buy the real thing from a brand name company. Very disappointed

Seems well made and hefty. Slightly snug in the chest.
It felt warm when I tried it on. I did notice the chest was a little snug, especially when you put your arms straight forward. I am off athletic build and my chest is a little big. The sleeves and body length are spot on. I'm 5'7" and 155lbs and ordered size S.

This is the jacket to buy...
Got this for a Colorado trip during Christmas and couldn’t be more pleased with this jacket. Very sleek down jacket that keeps you warm in the snow, without making you look like the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man!

Fantastic under motorcycle jacket
For the price this is an amazing puffy. Compare with puffys costing $200. Admittedly some of the expensive ones have high tech water resistant "dri-down," and might be better for hiking the Pacific Crest Trail in winter, and I have not compared the shell materials, and some of the expensive ones include hoods, etc., but for my purpose this is perfect: warm, compressible, light weight, and slippery so it's easy to put on under other jackets. I stuff it into a 12 x 12 (when flat) drawstring bag (not included) for transport and then shake it out to re-puff it. The high neck puffs out around my neck and helps to keep cold air out of my motorcycle helmet. Couldn't be better!

This coat cost $26
Wow. took a chance on this 'cuz i needed a warm coat up in the Northeast where i live and play it gets so cold we sometimes have to leave the 'fridge door open to heat the kitchen. This cheap down puffer from Amazon goodthreads is a sturdy good deal. Super light weight, great fit (i wear XL) and warm like the toast. If you see this on sale, grab a couple for the penguins in your life. Good job Amazon goodthreads!

I wanted a lighter jacket...
...as opposed to a big 'Michelin Man' type of puffer jacket. There are many times when I need something over a layered sweater but I don't want to end up being roasted under layers of 'man-made' wadding. The size was spot on and the jacket is well finished with no trailing threads and the zip is, for once, easy to engage and use.Bearing in mind that I paid less than the currently offered price I am very happy with my purchase and it meets my needs perfectly. If this feedback/review has helped in any way please be kind enough to click on 'Helpful' or 'Comment'.Thank you for your time in reading my 'Review/Feedback' – I hope it may have helped.

lightweight easy to wear coat
Its light and very good value for a duck down padded coat. Sizing perfect for me. (large). I like the styling and colour as its subtle without being too dull and its not shiny.Would have given it 5 stars - but only worn it twice and cannot testify to its durability and have not washed it yet which apparently can be an issue with this type of coat.

Not packable. An issue for a packable jacket.
Can anyone explain how this fits the description of “packable”. Yes, it would pack into a rucksack, suitcase etc. But packable, as in being packed into a small bag? Not a chance. It’s just like any other more expensive down jacket. Just not as warm or as good. You pays your money I guess.

Got it on a special.
Looks thin, wondering how warm it will be. Only paid £13.11 so can't really complain. Would never pay anything above £20-25 for this item though. Full price is excessive

Quality OK, small size (smaller than European)
Good quality but sizes are definitely smaller than European
