ASICS Men's GT-1000 9 Running Shoes

Nice shoes. Just got them and have walked several miles already.Very comfortable.

These GT 1000 shoes are comfortable straight out of the box. Fit Is as I expect. I go up one half size for this type of workout shoe. My past GT 1000’s lasted more than a year. Soles wear well. The interior at the heel wears quicker than the soles. Good traction, 3 season shoes with mesh material that breaths & flexes.

Outstanding for flat feet. I overpronate quite a bit as well and these shoes are a dream to walk and even just stand in. Bought these after seeing a few sites recommend them for flat feet and they were absolutely right.Turns out it's a little more complicated than just massive arch support that you have to look for. Too much will just hurt the inner part of the foot if you're flat footed. These have moderate arch support and fix the issue in other ways like the heel cup, among other things I'm sure.I never realized how much of a difference the right shoe can make and I've never worn anything so comfortable. Takes a bit of getting used to at first since it completely changes how I walk and how my knees feel especially but I love them.As for long term durability, no idea yet. I've only walked/jogged a couple miles at a time for exercise or worn them normally throughout the day but they seem to be holding up just fine. Will definitely be getting these again down the line.

I generally have mild pronation and a larger toe box than average, so I prefer EEE but had to take my chances on these. The toe box is a little tight but still comfortable for me. Not sure I'd run a marathon in them but they do for a few miles. The heels are a little loose for my taste, trying to adjust that with the lace position to see if it helps, but again, it's just tight enough, they are usable.Overall, I think they run pretty light for a stability shoe, I feel like I have good change of direction and I'm not stuck in that forward line mode you get with a stronger anti pronation running shoe. They are stable enough for me, as a mild pronator. The heel box feels a bit narrow and heel a bit high, so I couldn't quit push off on the start the way I can on my Brooks Ghosts.The best feature by far is the cushion. It's like running on air, Asics are the best in the business IMHO with the air ride. I like the style, and they seem to be sewn together pretty well. The materials are strong where they need to be thin where they don't. I'll give it 4 of 5, I may revise that if I can get the heel to sit right.

I have worn Brooks for running for years until I tried at Dick's - these are far more conforming to your foot, comfortable like Sketchers, and far more support for my arches. I would highly recommend these over Brooks and of course Nike and any other running shoes.However you'll need to go 1/2 size larger than normal for the proper fit. I've worn an 8 a 100 years - for these I needed an 8 1/2 men's - but they fit like they were made for me.

Totally satisfied. I did shop at a “discount mall” after deciding on this particular ASICS shoe along with a second style as well. When shopping at the ASICS “discount store” I found the price for each of those two shoes to be $30 to $40 higher than the best price found online. However that mall visit was a huge advantage as the two pairs both ran a tad smaller than my usual sneaker size so I was blessed to know to order a half size larger…a perfect education on size (no return hassles) and saved a whopping $70.00. Am anxious to check another area discount mall to see if that price difference is the norm????

Son has pronation. Wearing inserts aren’t always easy or comfortable for school/activities. These shoes are a great alternative even everyday use.

Habe Schuhgröße 47 mit hohen Spann. Die bestellte Größe 49 passt mir wie angegossen. Der Schuh rollt sehr gut ab. Über Qualität kann ich noch nichts sagen, werde später eine zusätzliche Rezession angeben.

Hat 7 Monate gehalten bei täglich 7km Laufleistung bis leichte Risse am Material entstanden sind.Ca .1400km Haltbarkeit ist gut und komfortabel

I always wear GT1000 Asics as I have achillies tendon problems. These particular pair fit well with my podiatrist insoles and are super comfy and supportive. Love the colour combination too.
