Good tasting and I need the extra protein in the morning.

Tastes less cloyingly sweet than most protein shakes. I had a stomach hernia and pre and post surgery couldn’t eat solid food, for almost a year. These kept me from hunger pains. They’re filling. Note: They, like all protein shakes, go down in appeal as they come to room temperature while slowly sipping. Now I pour them into my Yeti right from the fridge and they stay tasty.

Super great, flavor is WOW, lots of protein, awesome for diet.

Delicious nummy nums! Sometimes hurts coming out the other end, if you know what I mean, but worth it for the gains.

Core Power Elite High Protein Shake packs 42 grams of protein, which is a significant amount if hitting your daily intake is important to you. At 230 calories, it’s a very reasonable trade-off to get that much high-quality protein in one bottle, especially compared to many other ready-to-drink options. They’re especially great after a workout for recovery.The three flavors I’ve tried—vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry—all taste great and are smooth without an overly chalky texture.The only thing keeping me from giving them five stars is the cost. They can be a bit pricey, especially if you drink them daily.

These are a fantastic protein supplement. They’re also milk based which i really like. My nutritionalist has told me these are a good choice for my protein needs.The only gripe I have is the cost. I buy a lot of these. And the cost is honestly way too high in my opinion. I am still giving them 5 stars for the product. But if I can find an exact product at a better cost I will switch immediately. And I am looking.
