Great little coffee grinder
Ideal small hand coffee grinder for one or two cups. Very easy to use and looks good too. Highly recommended as coffee is always at its tastiest freshly ground. Takes me between one or two minutes to grind enough for the cafetiere. Enjoying a lovely freshly ground cup of coffee while i write this. Compact enough to take on ones travels so good coffee always available wherever you go.

Useful and effective, although there is some trial and error involved
So, to begin by clearing this up - an error in the instruction booklet, which says 'turn clockwise for coarse grind' and also, straigh afterwards 'turn anti-clockwise for coarse grind' - it is ANTI-CLOCKWISE for COARSE GROUND (turning it clockwise makes the grind finer).Given this, it is a matter of trial and error in determing the right grind for you, and for me that is coarse ground, as I make coffee through a cafetiere (also called a French Press, of course): and I would say it would be helpful if there was some sort of marking in place to see where the different grind settings are (it says there are 18 of them, I think, but where it all starts from is unknown and the clicks denoting each separate setting are hit and miss).Nonetheless, despite that slight quibble (minus one star), the grind itself is even, which is excellent as an uneven grind causes taste distortions and it is a ceramic burr mechanism (also crucial to have, rather than metal, as metal leads to temparature increases and temperature increases at the grinding stage ruin the coffee). It is also highly portable or stowable, depending on what you want to do with it, and you can make a lot of cups with just one grind, and it is virtually silent suring operation. Also, it's very easy to clean, with crisply detachable parts, although you'd struggle to dry them with a towel, so air-drying is preferable (although you really only need to clean these things once or twice a month, unless you are changing the type of coffee beans and do not wasnt a taste bleed through). That's it on this; very good grind and extraordinarily good value.

Simple and effective but requires effort
This is a simple, well made device that works really well. Two things to note though; the handle isn't (and can't be) permanently attached to the shaft, plus it takes some grip strength to grind the beans. Neither of these points are a problem for me, but I can imagine may be for some.

Grinds well but fiddly to get working
Spent a while figuring out how to adjust the grinder, had to read reviews which mentioned the clicks for grind size. well, after playing around I can no longer hear any clicks no matter which direction it's turned so who knows.I did manage to get a batch of grounds out, albeit after a few mins of grinding time but could just be me. This produced a decent coffee, but the journey to that point was a bit of hassle.Overall I'll be returning as I would prefer to pay extra for something requiring less guess work.

Ergonomic and efficient
This is a great grinder. Ergonomic in that you can tuck it in towards the body and get a comfortable rhythm going, efficient in that it is really a very quick grind - at most 2 minutes more usually about 90 seconds to reduce coffee beans to a fine/medium powder. The construction is of very strong feeling steel and will, I feel, last many years, while the interior grinding mechanism can be adjusted for fineness by a small screw dial. All in all, this is tremendous value for money and I recommend this grinder.

It’s great at grinding coffee beans!
I’ve never had a grinder before so nothing to compare to but it does just as expected! The coarseness of grind is adjustable, I prefer a finer grind which it does well, albeit takes a little longer. It’s solid, well made and also looks smart if that’s important to you. I take it in my van for nice fresh coffee on the go/camping/surfing/mtb etc.. it is obviously not as quick as an electric grinder but it’s not electric! It does take a little effort but so does anything worth doing, gives you a mini work out too! It’s great, I like it, I expect you will too

Good grinder
Decent, effective grinder, great value. Takes a bit of effort but gives good results with consistent grounds. Plenty of options for grind size from fine to coarse, and ultimately makes a fine cup of coffee.
