Is this comparable to philosophy's vitamin c powder?

No. Philosophy has more of a fine milled powder that blends well straight. This one needs a while to dissolve in a water mixture, and even then doesn't completely dissolve. Definitely recommend Philosophy over this.

What would be an expiration date for this

Well mine doesnt have any expiration date, it only says to keep out og light or to not store in metalic container. I hope it helps. Use a bit couse ptherwise gets itchi :)
