Not very well made!
I found this product a bit disappointing and not very well built. The canvas awning is okay and retracts quite well. However the legs on this only have one option to adjust the height, this is very basic holes about 2 inches apart on each leg, if like my balcony the correct height is in between where these holes are the only way I found it would fit and stay in place was to have the polls at an angle. I feel it would have been easy to give each leg a small height adjustable foot pads that enable the polls to fit flush and straight. Also the feet seem ill fitting and the polls do not slide into each other and stay put while erecting. All in all I’m generally disappointed with this item.

Brilliant
Works wonderfully: solidly made, easy to install, good range of adjustment to enable it to fit. Only thing I had to do was add a couple of bungee straps to the bottom to stop it flapping too much in gusty winds. Not a downside though.

Can be assembled by one person but better with two
Did not like the method of tightening the side poles. ( Plastic screw collars at bottom).

Not used yet, but looks strong. Can't wait for good weather, we need a good strong fabric. This fabric looks as if it will do the job.
