No Instructions - Do Not Answer Calls
Your order will not come with any paperwork or instructions. There is a sticker that says call this number if you have any problems. When I took my car to Auto Whiz to have them program the remotes they would not program. The red light came on on both remotes and the car was in program mode but, they would not program. The technician tried to call the number and left a message - after three hours they had not called. Needless to say I had better things to do than sit at the car place and wait for a call that was never coming. Called Amazon - put me on three-way - surprise the company answered the phone for Amazon - the girl on the line said a technical support guy would call back - he called back in five minutes. All of this to tell me IF THE REMOTES DO NOT PROGRAM WHEN CAR IS IN PROGRAM MODE THEY ARE DEFECTIVE. ONLY 80% CHANCE A REPLACEMENT SET WILL WORK. IF YOU CAN GET A NEW FACTORY ORIGINAL THAT IS NOT A KNOCKOFF IT SHOULD WORK.

It said that it would work for my car. It did not. I ended up going to a salvage yard and finding a used one. Does not work for mid to late 90's Mitsubishi and Mitsubishi based Dodge, Chrysler, and Plymouth products.
