Clean Free
I had some type of infestation in my camping trailer I was staying in six months out of the year in Florida. I was getting bitten at night and I was using tweezers to pick off some type of blood sucking mite that was no bigger than the point of a pin. I sprayed with insecticide even put toxic medications on my skin to try and kill these mites. I would see these mites crawling on the wall and when you would try and remove them they were hard as a rock and stuck to the wall. I was taking a shower one evening and they completely covered the ceiling of my shower. I didn't know what to do and I was afraid to go to sleep at night. Didn't want to stay anywhere else with fear I would infect the room I was staying in. I was searching the Internet for anything that could possibly help me. I came across this product Kleen Free and thought I would give it a try. When it arrived, I mixed the concentrated product with water and I thought to myself, this smells like water and I thought it was probably just a waste of my money. I put the product in a spray bottle and I started from one end of the trailer and sprayed everything. Walls, Furniture, tables, clothes, you name it and I sprayed it. When I got finished spraying, I started walking though the trailer and I was seeing dead bugs, spiders, and other crawling bugs dead on the floor. I couldn't believe that something that smelled like nothing, was killing bugs. I sprayed my body down with the product and I took a shower and for the first night I slept with no additional bites or mites to pick off my skin. I will have to say, it was a miracle for me and I was able to have piece of mind once more. Someone made the comment that a bed bug walked right through the product. All I know is that it killed what ever was killing me and if you take the product and spray it on a spider for example. You will see it die. It worked very well for me and I will always keep it on hand

Kleen free for bed bugs? Still not sure...
I found this product as I was looking for something to help with bed bugs infestation. I don't know if Kleen Free works for bed bugs because I tried so many things at the same time that I don't know which one finally worked (so far). There are no indications whatsoever on the bottle or inside the package that says that Kleen Free is used to kill bugs. Ironically, it only mentions that it digests "non-living" organic matter!!! The product is pretty diluted (pre-mixed) so it runs out fast. For what other reviews say, it is supposed to kill bed bugs on contact, but it's hard to tell if it killed any since the only time I saw a bug, I did not have the spray handy and I killed the bug (died within 3 seconds) with a mix of essential oils, lavender/eucalyptus/mint that I made myself. Did Kleen Free kill the eggs? I don't know...Frankly, I would not know what else to say about my experience with kleen free, good or bad... Just that it's too expensive for a soap, I guess...UPDATE: I bought the more concentrated version of this product, called Nature's Eradicator. More expensive but it's highly concentrated, so at the end of the day, it saves $$. It ran out fast, mainly because I did not know how to use it and the manufacturer was not very helpful. One essential thing I found out, though: you have to let it stand (up to 2 hours!) and keep the area wet. When I finally understood how to use enzymes, I found it to be a great product, not so much for bed bugs, but for all-purpose cleaning. Still, there is a lot of confusion about using enzymes out there. Some say they become active with heat, some say the heat kills them... It worked for the mold on my bathroom tiles (using the concentrated version undiluted and with lots of scrubbing) but after 2 months, mold's slowly growing back. I guess I need to keep spraying every once in a while... One important note: Contrary to what's said about it, it doesn't rid of blood, at least when washing with hot (I was told a long time ago that blood should be washed cold or it "cooks" in the fabric.) So, I will continue experimenting with enzymes...

It kills them doesn't prevent them
While this product did in fact kill the bed bugs, it did not prevent them from returning. I used this along with JT Eaton 203 and they didn't get the job done. My children and I are getting ready to move and will not be bringing any of our mattresses or bedding with us and will be sure to thoroughly clean EVERY thing before moving into a new place. It's a shame to spend money on so many different products to have to purchase 3 new mattresses...plus the bedding.

Safe and quick way to eliminate minor insects!
I purchased this because it is made from natural ingredients and was safe to use on any type of fabric. I noticed a few bug bites and was not sure if it was bed bug or other type of bug so I did not want to go all out and call the exterminators and thought I should give this a try first. Plus it is reasonably priced as well. Amazon prime shipped within 2 days and I sprayed this on all bedding cover and sheets as well as clothes before putting them into the washer with baking soda and tide with color safe bleach. After washing, everything felt 200% cleaner and the vinegary smell was gone as well. This is also safe to spray on furniture as well. Afterwards, I have not come across any bug bites so far. Great product!

Waste of money
I definitely would not recommend this for anyone. Its stinks and does not work. When I bought it, I thought it would work on killing bugs in my home, but it didn't work. Just gave a really bad smell around the house and a headache. It is just a waste of money.
