Good cameras for the price. I do notice that the screen will randomly turn green and disconnect at times, but comes back 20 seconds later. Also, one of the cameras seems to have fog on the inside of the lens so im wondering if it isnt sealed correctly, but its still working and the fog only comes during direct sunlight.The Night IR works well and is able to illuminate my entire back yard. I was having trouble with blurry images so i aimed the camera down more so its able to focus better and that worked. Its now crystal clear day and night.Ive had these cameras for about a week now and one camera seems to freeze to the point of needing a reboot. From deductive reasoning, i concluded that the reason for this is having more than 2 video feeds coming from the camera. So if you have CCTV software on your PC and you try to use an app on your phone to view the camera it will freeze and you need to reboot it. What does not make sense is that not any other of the TH692's on my property have this problem.You might need some basic networking skills to get this camera to work, as with all other Tenvis cameras ive had.If you are using these strictly as CCTV cameras, id recommend the 3rd party application called ISpy. Tenvis cameras work seamlessly with ISpy, plus it is free.I gave this 3 stars because as long as you dont constantly mess with them they just keep working with little maintenance, and the picture is wide and clear both day and night.

Did not perform as described. Plus I return the product as instructed they have it for a month and no refund. I brought Amcrest and they work great!Now the BBB is handling the refund problem. Lets hope Amazon steps up and does the right thing.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS BRANDR TENVIS. This particular model was supposed to be an outdoor but after just 2 weeks installed outside of my home the camera stopped to work because some water of 3 little rain entered inside of the lens. I contacted the manufacturer and they refused to replace the camera. The camera was installed in the corner of my house.

Nice camera and good picture quality

I have given this camera a “5 star” rating. The reason behind tis rating is centered around the cameras performance, capabilities, and in comparison to its competition. The "New Tenvis" software deserves 4 stars and the "plug and play" scan installation instructions were did not work as advertised. I was required to go an online forum for answers,[...][...][...]due to the software not working on my home computer or laptop. But before I go any further I would like to state that once the installations were completed successfully I have had no issues with its performance, accessibility, and it’s easy to use interface. I have been able to access my cameras from several remote locations, I love them and plan to buy more in the near future. The cameras I purchased were installed for safety reasons at my 93 year old mother's home to keep a vigilant watch on her daily life from remote locations in-case of her needing my assistance or an emergency. In the event that I cannot help her there are also several ot her family member watching her at times using the same camera system so that she is well cared for. After using the cameras for a few weeks I can say that the camera resolution via internet is great, pan mode works great, remote sound works great, great construction!The Tenvis software works well but has a few limitations: the screen must be in portrait mode to change screen formats and access multi-screen functions. The only real problem was the install instructions; they indicate that a simple scan of the bar code on the bottom of the camera is all that is required for installation. In fact, after 2 hours of trying to follow the instructions for "plug and play" installation, I finally used a hard wire Ethernet connection (from camera to router) to get the ball rolling and after that I could use the scan function to add each camera to multiple family member's iPhone and iPad devices. The cameras performed so well that I decided to buy a 10 camera DVR system with remote Internet viewing for my own home. I have been using it for several years and have and no problems with their performance. The previous camera DVR system I had was no ware near the same resolution as the Tenvis cameras …and it cost more in the end. I have and will continue to recommend these cameras to both family and friends. It is a great camera with amazing quality for the price they sell, especially in comparison with other cameras in the current market.
