S.Connolly has delivered once again in grand fashion. The Keys of Ocat is an advanced book of Daemonolatry centering around Egyptian gatekeeper of the dead, Ocat & the many Daemons that lie beyond his gates. True to S. Connolly trademark the book is well researched & thorough for an intermediate or advanced practitioner, & she keeps true to her sense of humor as well. Within the books pages there are many rites dealing with necromancy & aligning with the Death Current & it's associated energies. You will find information on talismans & seals or sigils, orations & prayers, speaking with the deceased, hymns to the spirits & Gods, & ritual construction & etiquette, & more. There are also rites for funerary purposes as well. Overall, i would recommend this book if you ARE a advanced practitioner of Daemonolatry Necromancy, word of caution, these rites & practices deal with some very powerful & frightening entities that lie within the abyss,& they are not all that friendly to those who approach them, although after dealing with them after time you will find that some are quite warming towards you, especially if your grieving from a recent death of a loved one.

Old school witchcraft by an old school witch. You'll know what I mean after reading her books and comparing it to other books on magick. If you're into ceremonial magick and witchcraft then I'd have to say that S. Connolly is one of the few lhp authors out there who doesn't sell you a book full of nonsense.

I love this Grimoire so much, I have ordered a limited edition hardcover version for my occult book collection. This grimoire is SECOND TO NONE!!!

Im giving this book four stars, as I did with S. Connoly's other books "Honouring Death" & "Necromantic Sacraments", with one caveat. These books are meant to be a set and they continuously reference one another. This wasn't an issue for me because I bought all three and found them to be ultimately very helpful. If I hadn't had the complete set though, im sure that this rating would be much lower. The sheer number of times that the other books are plugged here is fairly dense and much of the time, after reading through a paragraph of enthralling, well written information, you get to the end and "oops, the punchline is in another book". This happens much too often. That said, I reiterate that AS A SET, thess books are very useful and well written.

We have several books by S. Connolly, and this one does not let you down. I recommend this for anyone who is looking for a knowledable author with real experience and who doesn't fill the pages with filler words. This was one of my favorite purchases in 2015.

Again S Connolly does not disappoint. Another valuable book in my library.

an interesting read if new to daemonolotry

I had to read this book three times it was that good. I found it challenging and also very complex. There is so much to learn from it.
