LeeFilters Full CTO 24x21" Gel Filter Sheet

I used this to create a "sepia" color filter for my kindle paperwhite. I felt the LED backlight was too blue and possibly interfering with my sleep when reading at night. This product comes in a shipping tube and rolled with a sheet of tissue paper to keep from sticking. I cut it to size of my kindle screen and used a tiny bit of double sided tape in the corners to hold it in place. So far I haven't had any issues with color bleeding from the sheet and the paperwhite backlight is much easier on my eyes. I also have found no noticeable reduction in touch screen sensitivity. Be aware the finish of the sheeting is glossy so it would not work well if trying to read in bright light with the backlight turned down. I just crank up the backlight and all is well. So far I'm very happy with this product and purchase, and I have a lot of color filter left over.

I purchased this gel sheet to cover the lighted area on my pop up can-type emergency lanterns. Now, if you are really crafty, you might be able to get a more pleasing effect. I just needed a quick fix, so I cut a piece long enough to wrap completely around, secured the edges with a couple blobs of E6000, trimmed the height of each cylinder to make it fit just under the handles. I then used cellophane tape to attach to the top (moveable) part of the lantern. I covered 4 lanterns, with enough left for two to three more. I would have gone one shade darker, had I known the result.

I bought this to filter some LED shop lights. The lights are a very harsh cold white. If I were to do it again, I would go with a gel that is lighter. With this film, it turns the cold white LED light into a sickly yellow light. Not at all the fault of the manufacturer or a flaw in the product. It was packaged very well and delivered within a few days.

I needed to correct the color of my led lights, they were way to bright and also have it match my existing lights. This product did the job. I'm very happy with my purchase. Shipping cost was to high tho.

Needed to use a lighting gel to convert some bright white LED column lights on the front of my house to soft white because it had a proprietary LED light panel rather than a typical light bulb. Worked perfectly and now they match the rest of my soft white lights on the outside of the house.

Used these to transform the LED lights in our kitchen to a pleasant warm color. Before I felt like I was being interrogated every time I turned on the lights. I was about to take back our new light fixture then I read how to use this film to transform the lights. Perfect hack!!

Exactly what I needed to remove blue from LED reading lamps. Now hopefully my kids will fall asleep more easily.

Great product! Used it to cover an exterior flood light that was harsh white, now its more of a warm white color.
