Mitosyl Irritations Pommade 150g - Made in France

I was introduced to this cream in West Africa and it is the BEST diaper rash cream I have ever tried. I have lived in many countries, therefore have had the opportunity to try many baby products from the U.S., U.K., France, etc. This cream, hands down, is the best on the market. It will cure the most severe diaper rash in one day! It is very thick and contains fish cod oil, which I believe is the miracle ingredient. I have used this on both my kids and I wouldn't recommend any other product. This cream is absolutely amazing and, on many occasions, has been a life and pain saver for both my kids and I.

We discovered this product when visiting relatives in France with our young children. The local pharmacy recommended it for diaper rash. At first the natural fish oil smell was a bit off-putting, but it worked wonders and we used it all through our children's diaper phase. When my daughter had trouble finding a product that would ease her son's diaper rash, I bought this for her. Works wonderfully!

They sent a Pommade of 65 g instead of the 150 g. When I claim, they said they don't have the 150 g...So they gave me the 65 g as a gift.I think they shouldn't advertise a product they don't have.Not happy whatsoever

Works better than desitin or any other creams I have tried before.I have used it for my four children.I don't understand why it is not sold in the U.S.Definitely the best out there!

Probably the best product for a diaper rash. My boy developed red spots on his buttocks and was very unhappy about it. The lotion calmed him down almost instantly and the rash was gone virtually within a day. I can highly recommend - just as it was recommended to me by a friend ...
