Great product well worth your money.

A bad experience for me: in short - this product seems listed as the wrong size (off by an inch, see photo), and the company does not seem to want to hear it.Because of the nature of what I was shipping, I was counting on the envelope being as advertised - but it proved to be too small. In addition to getting a bit of a run around with the company during calls (I never got the promised call back), in their eventual correspondence through Amazon, it felt like they basically tried to gaslight me; their position, in essence: "Well, YOU didn't understand correctly - but we see we could be clearer, we will update our page..." The first part I reject as gaslighting. The second part - from what I can tell, they have yet to update their page after weeks of having it listed wrong. This "envelope company" does not seem at all concerned that their envelopes are advertised incorrectly. They also did nothing to make up my troubles beyond allowing me to ship back to them and get reimbursed - which I had to follow up on (2 weeks wasted). Evidently, I should get my $ back "within the next 3-5r working days". Based on my experience, and their seeming indifference to this key issue, I would not trust that any of their envelope measurements are right. (See below if you want the details of our exchange.)Their first message back to me:"We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. 7.25 x 9.75 Inches is the actual size and 7.25 x 8.75 is a Usable dimension of these Mailers. However, we will update our listing with the usable dimension."BUT that does not seem to be true, as the attached photo shows. My response:""We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. 7.25 x 9.75 Inches is the actual size" - I do not think that is right. Have you actually measured them? From what I can tell there is no consistent measuring method of these items that gets this size.They have:7 1/4 x 8 3/4 interior dimension (likely the most important measurement for most people).8 1/4 x 10 1/4 exterior dimension with flap open, and8 1/4 x 8 3/4 exterior dimension with flap closed.If you actually measure - can tell me a single thing that measures 9.75 on this envelope, I would appreciate it. Thanks very much."Their response:"The way these mailers are portrayed are the dimensions of 9.75 are along with the peel strip but the inside usable dimensions are 8.75. That's the difference."So... yeah, that's still untrue it seems unless you measure some fraction into the width of the peel strip. I even looked up how other companies measure their envelopes. Other companies measure the envelope's outside, and they measure the envelope's usable indie, but no one I found measures to some halfway-ish point inside the peel strip (no surprise).If nothing else, this company seems to be claiming: "We do not advertise a measurement of the outside of our envelopes. We do not advertise a measurement of the usable inside of our envelopes. We measure "usable inside, to halfway point in peel strip". That's of zero use to me, and I don't see how that is of use to anyone.

I sell books. (Hobby Business; but almost a full time job). About 5-10 books per week. The main reason I purchased the Kraft brand is: ULINE charges shipping unless you buy 10+ cases of anything. I'm not young and it would be a few years supply, so I opted to order thru Amazon Prime. Very happy with the price and not having to pay $45+/- shipping charge. The CAVEAT is: The mailers "seem" a little lighter duty than theULINE I've been using. However; I think they'll work fine. The bubble wrap is adequate and they claim to be "Waterproof". So I'm thinking positive. Definitely better purchase than paying Shipping.

I like the product. But I thought I was offering 7x10. The product is actually 7.25x9.75. So it a bit small for what I need it for.

These mailers will be fine for what I need them for, but they are not the 7.25x9.75 listed in the description. Before sealing, the outside dimensions are more like 10" long by 8" wide. When sealed, the outside dimension measures about 9" long. I'm not sure if I was sent the incorrect size by mistake, or if they measure a different way, but they will still work for the types of things I mail so I am going to keep them. Just giving a heads up if you need them to be exactly a specific size.
