This is the best pain therapy. I suffer from lower back pain. I have tried many pruducts . This is the best . My whole family is hooked . I like the heat , my athletic son likes the cold . I have bought it several times . Will continue

The relief is great, wish it would last longer. Pepper feeling in the hands and in other body parts could be lessened.

I really do not feel that these lotions are any better than any others on the market, but the elderly and those with diabetes should be cautious in using the heat bottle as it contains Caspian which could skin irritation and those with Neuropathy should use with extreme caution.

The cooling therapy rub is the best!! It will work out any muscle strains or pains that you may have! The heat therapy rub is not very hot but that's ok. It works too, just not as good as the cooling rub. Awesome therapy rubs!

Cold is Great. The Hot one on the other hand left me with burns and blisters. Was fine when applied at 10pm before bed then woke me up burn like crazy and I have neuropathy. Scavenging the internet for relief, I found Vinegar work for me .

Updated: didn't know part of my review didn't post!I didn't buy it here, got it at Sam's Club when the company was doing a 1 day demonstration of it.We tried it and it seemed to work. After explaining what it is the rep gave is a drop of the cold kind 1st, maybe half the size of a dime, which is the amount she said is all that's needed. I rubbed it on the small of my back and my friend rubbed it onto her shoulder. She said each bottle contains a years supply then a minute or two later she gave us each a drop of the hot gel to rub on top of the spots we had put the cold gel. She claimed this was the best way to use it although you could use just one or the other. It seems to be working, we checked out and were talking about it as we walked out the door because it really seemed to start working better about 5 minutes after we put the hot gel on. Was excited because I avoid heating pads due to having burned my back after using them so much.I tried it later at home, doing the same as the rep had had us do but could barely feel the hot or cold sensation they're suppose to provide. Tried again a few hours later with the same results. Tried again after showering to see if cleaning the area made any difference, this time using about quarter size dollop of each gel. Again could barely feel any effect from them. Had my husband try it to see if he could feel and he said it barely registered he had it on and said he'd prefer to keep using an ice pack when he needed to. I tried again over the course of a couple days and the cold worked some, the hot never, so they didn't provide any beneficial level to be effective. It came in a set with 2 bottles each of hot and cold and I tried all different combinations of them to see if something was wrong with any of them but nothing made a difference.I really had hoped this would work, especially after the effect I did get from the reps samples, so I'd have the option of having relief from pain without having to use an ice pack or heating pad and have the relief while away from home but this just did not work for us. I returned them and have since found other products that work.

When I return product stating that I got product with 2 month validity then they return the amount.When it comes to product it’s really fantastic and my mother and father is using since last 4 years

The cold one is nice and works fabulous.The heated one burns my skin,,, I did not recommend it, Its like fire, I give some to my mother to see if was just in my skin, and unfortunately works the same....
