This is excellent quality for these tablets. I noticed after a few days my iron levels increased (my levels were low) and my energy levels increased. Good price for the quantity you receive. I’d just say be careful if taking in addition to a multivitamin because too much iron can cause stomach/digestive issues. Overall good product
