The media could not be loaded.  Update- Unit was serviced and repaired within two weeks, worked like it should for a month and STOPPED working, unreliable product. Like my Grandma would say "Penny wise and pound foolish" Spend a little more and get a pool vacuum that will work with our having the headache of having it repeatedly repaired.It worked great until it no longer did; after only three months of working amazingly well, it just went DEAD lights were on, but "Nothing would work" It took about two weeks to get in touch with the manufacturer; I think they might have 1 or 2 people working in customer support, all phone extensions end with the same person's voicemail. I did get a response from the email, and they did provide a shipping label to the repair center; I have shipped the Aquabot Elite Pro Robotic Pool Cleaner with Bluetooth to a repair center; I will come back and provide an update once I get additional information to ETA of repair time. Let's see if the statement in the product description is accurate "BEST IN CLASS 3-YEAR WARRANTY" Please also note that the Sold by Terra Direct of this product does not offer repairs. The media could not be loaded.  I have spent a fair amount of time reading specs and comparing products in order to spend less time cleaning the pool and the attached hot tub. Aquabot elite pro does not disappoint:Pros:Excellent stability on wallsGreat ability to climb stepsAt ease in a tight space (hot tub)Bluetooth connectivity useful to do a touch up or to grab a dead lizard at the bottom of the poolWide range of debris collection from the size of sand to a full grown lizardCons:Somewhat heavy to extract out of the waterNeeds to be brought into the pool (not a schedule and forget type of robot)Filters not easy to clean with the hose.Summary:Great robot with a wide areas of expertise. Definitely cleans the pool and hot tub, while remaining on the low side of the maintenance spectrum. I do have a rectangular pool so you might have a different experience if yours has an odd shape.I posted a 7min video. Some might find it too long but it definitely helps understanding how it cleans the hot tub and was something I would have loved to find before buying it!

Purchased the Aquabot Elite Pro June 2022 and it seemed to work fine for a month. Basically would just start and go about my day without paying attention to the run cycle timer. A month and a half later I noticed the unit shut off not long after starting. I restarted and decided to set a timer and sure enough found it shutting down randomly anywhere (programmed 2.5 hr operation time) between 5 minutes to an hour and a half! So for the next couple weeks I painstakingly troubleshooted the unit according to the manual but resulted in the unit still prematurely shutting down. Here’s the kicker, there’s no contact info anywhere to be found to contact Aquabot of any kind in the manual for tech support which I eventually found by contacting Amazon. So after contacting Aquabot tech support and troubleshooting the unit by simply resetting it which didn’t work. I was then advised that I would need to take the unit in to there service center which is conveniently located over 5 hours away!!! I reside in So Cal and as another warning here is there’s no service center located nearby for repair. He then instructed me to mail in the unit which I stated would require a huge cost to the customer for a basically brand new unit and requested a replacement. I was told that my request would be submitted to someone else and since then I haven’t heard anything from him or this company and after leaving multiple messages with customer service seeking an update . So basically buy at your own risk, this company will ghost you too if you have any problems one month after purchasing or within the 3 years of warranty and stuck with a $1100 paper weight.

I really like the ease of cleaning the collection containers. It is easy to operate with only one button to start the cleaning cycle.

Did a pretty good job cleaning the pool, although it would get hung up on some of our stairs sometimes and some of our odd shaped seats would trip it up as well.But today Aquabot just died. And with only 5 months of support, I am screwed and out $1k!!!Do not buy anything from Aquabot. There is no support and if you buy on Amazon you don't even get a dealer you can talk to. The company was recently bought out and have orphaned most of these products.Really disappointed and am totally ripped off. STAY AWAY.

Loved this thing until it stopped working beginning of the second season an also I have has an issue with the filter baskets coming apart at the bottom.
