Good quality sandpaper for my jet drum sander.
It doesn’t get loaded up with a lot of sawdust like the other paper.

Heavy duty sand paper
Cut to the length I needed for my drum sander. It was a bit difficult to cut due to the stiffness of the material but it performed well during 30 minutes of continuous sanding. The belt did not clog up and appears to be a cost effective solution to buying individual pre-cut sand paper rolls.

Good buy.
I have been buying same grit paper only the backer is thin making installation on drum sander easier. This paper has extremely thick backing. Making it harder to get tight. There is an advantage to this though. Thin backing seems to stretch, you have to keep tightening every couple of boards you sand. This paper once aligned and tight stays that way. Will definitely buy again.

Excellent bulk paper, and price is cheap with extended life!
First, it is extremely important to understand a drum sander is not a planer! You must feed slow and take off the tiniest amount of stock, in order to successfully sand wood with a drum sander!This paper is excellent! The first couple of times I used it, I was ready to toss it, but I retraced my steps, making sure it was installed correctly, making sure my feed speed was correct and made sure I was not taking off too much material. The life of this belt is superior to any other I've used.For clarification purposes, I have two drum sanders: the first is a Performax 16/32 and I only use Performax belts on it, and the are mediocre to fair. The sander I use Red Label on, is a General 25".
