Superb way to wargame!
Fantastic wargaming system. I like that there are a set of series rules and then a separate addendum for each specific game in the series. This one is very ground combat focused but plenty of air superiority and air strike missions. It allows you to learn the basics with the standard game and then open up with advanced rules and plenty of optional rules to add in even more complexity. Contents are all high quality and easy to use/reference. A few errors here and there but most if not all handled in online errata.

Easyest of all Next Wargames to learn.
This game of NEXT WAR by GMT, is probably the lightest game of the bunch to get started with and learn the series with. I also have Next War Poland and its a bit more complex than this one.
